Nothing further has been said or done here YET we are talking about data from 70,000 tests!!! This is one heck of a decent sized study hence must be a reason for it???

I cant see any reason for running a scheme without an end goal in mind.

More LFT tests carried out than ANY other test in the UK. Being used in schools, sent all over the UK and the bulk of them are cheap crappy Innova tests made in China.
Fortunately the ROW is not so stupid.

Meanwhile, we are delivering Gold Standard Quality PCR testing, keeping the world safe from Variants and the moment surge testing in an area required its PCR all the way.

LOL, indeed it would be no loss if the containers were full of Chinese Innova tests but alas as @ak_gabba pointed out they are all flown in. So we give the Chinese a load of cash for junk and have to pay loads extra to fly it here. You couldn't make it up:)

Government bumble "Buy British" but continue to source cr@p from China. You can see that even on Tuesday an award was given for Freight services for another £ 9m for shipping of Lateral Flow Tests:-

There has been zillions of different Air Freight service awards over the last six months mainly to support Innova as the supply contracts from Innova are on a collect basis from China and don't include shipping. You can see a number of them on bid stats from BA, to Virgin Air to Private carriers.

Well the massive recruitment drive across all NHS territories kind of hints at the fact support is needed for that client so all things point to a a signed deal.
As i said previously we only need £100m awarded of that £4bn contract over 4 years and we are looking at a material step change in our SP. Numis originally had a phase two at £ 35 Blue Sky - time will tell.

fair enough- point taken and fully noted. it's not actually my style. Was bored. There are a few on there with multiple names, we have them here to and its a game to them to pump in and out for 4% or so but i don't like to see innocent newbies being fed something that fundamentals don't back up. Consider it my only post, i have no vested interest in it anyhow.

At NCYT we have a different problem, the SP is lower than the fundamental value imo. its not HYPE and the SP is currently on its ars@ so i really have nothing to shout about here. If we close blue today great, if we don't we don't but results will prove the delivery and ultimately it will right itself big style. i have high exit price expectations, i'm not here for the odd 4%

As for obsession, you actually have me wrong. I'm into 10 stocks in my portfolio, its just this one i focus my time on as i see it as potentially the greatest exponential growth story we will see this decade and i remain bullish, adding because i know its potential and as i seek undervalued assets i consider this to be a top play. Time will tell

That's fine but question everything. Including why a high paid NED is still involved (RNS) but stood down as a Director. I can tell you as an NED myself on two boards that NED posts are VERY hard to secure and you don't give them up easy. If you do its because you are going onto pastures new NOT still involved in the company.
This smells to me of; i want to stay in an advisory post, draw the salary but i don't want to be listed as a director and be in anyway accountable should the share price crash or things not go great?
But you can put fingers in your ears and go lalala if it helps.

IF the product gets validated, they get signed orders and can PROVE the model works I will come back to this board and apologise BUT i really dont think that likely.

Little point in trying to explain valuations based on Fundamentals rather than pure hype BUT if you want a balanced view take a step back and actually look at the balance Sheet, the trading position and what orders its actually got signed, not what might be signed, that is pure 100% speculation.

I won't post again as i'm not a shareholder and i'm not de-ramping or have a short position or anything like that but if you have a profit my advice would be to take it and review when the position is PROVEN not speculation. And don't fall for some of the posters here that have three or four different nick names here specifically to ramp the stock.

Do you seriously think that HYPE alone can push this to a £1bn+ company...Jesus you can fool some of the people some of the time.

Lets take the bio side. It had a 2.5m down payment and a drug in P2 trials. they then need to go to P3 and they then need a period of proper evaluation. The majority of drugs in P2 something like 97% NEVER see a commercial contract. Now for all i know AVCT may have the next best thing since sliced bread but its at least 18mths off if not more IF its successful. I would put that at this stage P2 compared to other P2 and say £ 20m value tops. HEMO is at final stages on a P3 and way ahead of AVCT toward a commercial deals and its market cap is currently 30m

Then we move to the jewel in the crown, this LFT test. At the moment it cant get the product validated. It will likely miss the UK tender deadline, one week to go. Companies will be appointed in the UK and its unlikely AVCT will have a product in time. But there is still hope. Without any signed orders its worth very little value. Even with orders it has to prove it can make a money from a license deal. Until they can actually say we have SIGNED orders of X and Made Y in royalty you cant give this business a realistic value. I'm going to be generous and say £ 20m top side IF it can work.

Then you have accounts due for the year to end of 2020. They are going to be a car crash. My best guess is £ 3m revenue £18m loss (lots of directors to pay) show probably increased cash burn, maybe £ 30m cash left from the raise if lucky.

So add all this together give cash a 50% premium at absolutely best mcap of circa £ 70-£80m NOT the eye watering £ 610m where it currently sits.

First stop about £ 1.90 then £ 1 and then down further until true value and fundamentals proven. Now ignore this post its your call. Most will and see it as a De-ramp, what does he know, yada yada - I was half in a mind not to bother but some here are being played and i genuinely don't like that. GLA

Reason, Because I look at fundamentals, for all i know it may of received license fees from some of the numerous partnership deals they have agreed?

I Currently don't invest here because i genuinely can't work out true value.

As for SP falls, all stocks took a hit today, took a hit on NCYT, not great

Fully appreciate its been bleak here today to say the least, very bleak.

Heck it gets to me also, we really don't deserve the Share Price beating we have endured since results. It's beyond a joke.

However, as you would expect from me, you know what i'm going to say apart from ..... materially undervalued yada yada... £ 54....nope not today... but lets keep positive, its going to happen.

The UKHSA is Veri significant for us. Its replacing PHE and its this new agency that will likely be awarding MAJOR contracts. I'm confident from next tax years budget. So we can expect news before the end of next week imo - Hazzar !!!

I have researched this as best i can and frankly, i just can't see how Novacyt could possibly be overlooked. We have to secure something here?, this is Novacyt's specialist area, analysing and detecting Variants.

Meanwhile, recruitment is as strong as ever and we are soon to find out what resulted in this mass recruitment drive AND finally don't forget that APRIL is the month for the full annual accounts and we already know they are superb!! no risk of us doing a GDR here because we have substance in our figures and anyhow the SP is already on its ars@ and if it went any lower they may as well give us cash back.

So, lets stay positive, loads to look forward to here, its going to get seriously good VERY shortly the business is doing amazing, the SP will soon reflect that.

MCAP slashed to £ 480m Ridiculous. At this rate we will have more cash than Share Price Value - Materially Undervalued as i keep saying. If SP drops much lower we may as well ask them to stop trading all together and hand the cash at bank back to all shareholders. Not seen anything quite like this, beyond a joke!!!

I totally agree with everyone

However, sentiment is a key driver and the market currently is rewarding HYPE over FUNDAMENTALS, its just how it is. Hopefully that will change and we will be duly rewarded.

You raise a fair point, a mix of positivity (or Hype) mixed with great results and we are looking at a materially different share price level. Novacyt are now addressing PR so lets hope for some improvements in this direction
