As far as I'm concerned its an absolute no brainer buying Novacyt at these levels.
I can't see one share in the market that has the sort of ROI potential that we have here.
Fundamentally its cheap as chips, ridiculous - less than £ 300m mcap on a business worth £1bn min all day long.....
We are in at the NHS, UNICEF ,the WHO, the World Heath Organisation for crying out loud, it really doesn't get better than that. This is blue chip top table stuff that Roche, Thermo etc can only dream about!!
We are in the £2bn national frame work deal, world class Bioinformatics, a R&D team that is practically unmatchable in the market, a second gen Antibody test on the brink of release, established network reaching 130 countries, cash at bank,.... i can go on... and we must be an absolute red hot take over target now to boot, for sure.
OK my posts can be rampy BUT what a company guys..... and yes, i do have a large holding here and building on it. Portfolio is now top heavy Novacyt 90% but frankly i know what i know. I really don't care. I have done days of research (in between other work - yes i do work elsewhere) and there are so many plus factors here its ridiculous.
Oh and when the DHSC resolve comes, and it will, NHS are fast using up Promate this year so they need stock (shelf life is less than 6mths) we can add at least another £ 3.50 imo to the share price. Add to that the cash at bank figure and we will be back up in the £ 12 - £15 range very soon imo.
As i say, i remain VERY positive. Good luck all, traders can trade, MMs can do their worst but ultimately trajectory here is far north from this point...
