This is a BB to discuss this penny share, good or bad not a ramping forum, report what you like, they have just held a pitching even for crying out loud, the financials prove they are running on fumes, there is no alternative, they have to get a placing away.Not rocket science is it?

What part of the RNS said actual cash of X is being transferred before Y date in order to avoid the placing? It is what it is.

If this move is good enough to get the discounted placing away we will know soon enough. I am still expecting the placing news this week if he can secure the support. Amazed the SP has had a push on this today. Nothing has actually changed really, just shows you.

Oh dear oh dear, a tiny placing??? what utter nonsense. look it's dead simple:-

1. They are running on fumes and will need a placing now. As it stands IMO they will need at least £2.5m now with a follow on raise of same 8-9 months later. A tiny placing who are you kidding? Best bet is .25 or .40 if you are lucky, so anyone in at this level is about to get a 75-80% hit IMO either that or administration.

2. Your suggestion of THX giving them £1.2m for an upfront payment on 201 after three years is absolutely preposterous likewise a suggestion that giving them a hard deadline of another few months, oh please: they have zero credibility left having failed to meet countless timelines in the past, so many missed that VAL no longer stipulate any. Just cut it off at the pass, gone on long enough now, this poor business decision has really cost the business big time. If anything, remaining engaged with them and suggestion of regular discussions just calls into question if ME actually has a handle on this as i see it, the longer it goes on the more damaging it becomes. I just think its only being kept alive whilst placing discussions go on.

3. The delay why the placing news isn't already out could be because i suspect ME would need to find £200k to support the raise, he can draw it back out in salary and benefits anyhow but i think he would have no option but to do that - nobody would touch this IMO if he didn't and even then its touch and go. OR they can't get backing for the raise at all.

That's just my view on this, your are welcome to counter my view but i just don't see anyway out of this. He has inherited a dire situation and can only look at effectively rebuilding from scratch and meanwhile market conditions have changed.

My call is we will be updated on the placing before end of next week if not earlier. Time will tell. He needs to do something.

The last three raises I have been insulted in this forum, they simply revert to insults if anyone has a different viewpoint and everytime it’s just before the placing lands.

I just fail to see how @PM2022, Laura2022 and Paternostpauper posters can be even remotely excited about a highly dilutive raise landing that if Mark can get it away is likely to come in at a 70 or 80% discount to the SP.

I grant you a dilutive raise is better than Administration but it’s still a very high dilutive cost to existing holders that’s for sure

Insult all you like, it’s a binary outcome now and nothing you can say or do about it will change that. It’s either he gets the discounted placing away or he doesn’t.

Thx have had over 3 years, the market has changed, it’s outdated tech, if EUDA decided they wanted to do a deal with THX, not likely, at the very least they would want to renegotiate terms on this, that’s if they took it on as they would not be working in own shareholders interests if they didn’t and by that I mean renegotiate terms: no cash upfront just a milestone deal on results. This is very high risk, outdated tech, over 15 years old and trials are expensive to do, but not just that it needs reformulating, new patents and a load of work before expensive phase trials could even be considered.

Your thoughts are total fantasy @PM2022 they really are. I believe the update you are expecting will be THX need longer, we have removed exclusivity to look at other options but need X cash in placing to remain trading. That’s the more likely outcome

There is NOTHING left here, ME needs to completely rebuild this from scratch again, it’s an effective start up that needs to build a new pipeline all over again BUT worse rather than Start up costs they want to keep all the historic deadwood on board and maintain the bloated admin costs. As I commented earlier:-

Suzy and Kevin neglected building a pipeline to pursue a tCRO concept to build a biobank. It was IMO a failed concept, Imogen couldn’t make it work and neither has Val. This is what ME has inherited and now he needs to rebuild the business again from ground up from scratch

That will take years to do now and lots of cash, too little too late now imo, sorry but that’s how I see it.

That’s a good point to be fair to you about 4D, should be in that forum not here but I will still reply. Yes, I played my part being hyper bullish, going off what the BOD put out, they stated that they had finance in place for a further 12 months, I believed that, they further during presentations confirmed same, I still believed that. One poster in that forum, they got abused by others and I regret by me also calling him an idiot, was saying they were in breach of covenants. The forum choose to ignore his comments because well they didn’t want to believe that, after all the CEO was saying the opposite. Ultimately it proved to be the case and they went into admin with tech sold off elsewhere. There is a class action going on not that I think it will do any good. Moral to the story: don’t believe everything put out by AIM listed coys, what they don’t say is often more important than what they do say.

Unless the rampers can maintain “Biased Confirmation” and try and police a cult like ramping forum here they don’t like it and revert to insulting anyone that comments a different view point.

Meanwhile you will no doubt carry on ramping BUT I fear your energy wasted, market outlook has changed, biotech investment landscape changed, smart money and licensing deals only going into truly exceptional innovations, prevention, vaccine developments and the like and the investment outlook still very challenging. On top of that small retail investors will likely get hit with CGT increases in next weeks budget making AIM even less attractive so to say ME has his work cut out against that backdrop is understatement of the year!

But let’s see how events unfold shall we, you know it and I know it.
