In my opinion, the pump money in on Monday at 1,20 needs to come out before the RNS lands that THX with 201 is DEAD and they are proposing to raise £2.5m at .25 to take the business forward. Otherwise, the rampers are left holding the baby.

Well the BOD will probably word it softer to try and save face, THX still working on it Yada, Yada but removed exclusivity so we can talk to other backers, something like that, always better to leave some hopeium on the table despite us all knowing it’s a 15 year old peptide that needs reformulating, new patents and most likely completely superseded by now anyhow.

Only question I have is are Sanderson going to donate more to the placing? Especially knowing it won’t be enough and they would most likely want another £2.5m in another 9 months. just can’t see it but maybe they will? Perhaps another new broker change needed, a new audience to rinse is required?

IF i was ME i would let it go into admin, bid £60k for those couple of peptides and reverse them into his other business ONCOLYTIKA LTD, leave them on the back burner for a few years whilst reaching out to any biotechs that might take them forward even if its on a milestone only deal and make a few quid from them a few years down the line.

For here, its a failed concept IMO, tCRO is an unproven concept, in 15 years not ONE pipeline product has been taken from UNI to commercial, market has changed, upfronts deals are now reserved for truly breakthrough stuff specifically prevention technology, vaccines etc not outdated 15 year old technology. Entire business needs rebuilding, starting from scratch.

1. The placing I suspect .25 at best, no asset of any value left here

2. The pump money that started the pump at 1.10 needs to cash out otherwise they will also take a bath as it’s sold into for the placing which defeats the objective.

3. There is no event other than investor cash to stop this

4. I still say 80% Admin / 20% discounted placing risk as can’t see any serious money backing raise 15 and time fast running out.

5. Same old, same old play, just hope those trapped that been around and seen this the last three times use the prices to their advantage.

They have no option but to pump this in anyway possible to create volume to sell into.

Unless that happens the highly discounted placing that will drop any moment can’t get away - this is exactly what will happen very shortly.

As for you and your shareholder action group, you 'haven't a pot to pee in between you, as proven before when you couldn't get enough support to pass a resolution. AH should have supported a resolution and drained the swamp a good 18mth earlier but it was left. Now there is absolutely nothing left to invest in, you are just clinging on to get the placing away rather than it go into administration.

I await the placing news IF he gets the support, it is not worth supporting a raise even at .25 as there is nothing here left. He is starting again but full credit for trying to rinse investors one more time.

They said "Update decision on 201" before placing and the rampers are using that to say, a deal will be done on 201. It wont but its a bloody good pump to get the SP up whilst its sold into and whack out comes the discounted placing RNS, that's the plan anyhow.

Just amazed that it can still work, three times now, the punters deserve what they get if they are taken in by this frankly.

The chance of THX transferring funds for 201 is absolute ZERO.

What does need to happen to get the discounted placing away at quarter pence is a pump of the SP so that it can be sold into ahead of that placing, that is the objective here plain and simple.

The placing IF he can get it away will hit this at .25 if lucky, if it goes admin the few bits of assets will likely be acquired for £60k to 80k if that.

Same old same old game. I just don't like seeing good people getting sucked in here to lose cash just to keep a BOD in lifestyles for another 8-9 months if he gets the placing away.

Running on fumes and short time line to get placing cash in now. I just don't see them getting placing 15 away and sorry but NOBODY but NOBODY can be even be remotely excited that a discounted placing is going to land at most likely 70-80% discount IF he gets it away.

So i question why anyone in this forum see's it as a positive?

Price pumps then it crashes as its sold into for the discounted placing. So beat them at own game and cash out before they do. The discounted placing is absolutely bolted on within 10 days if they can secure the support. Cash isn't coming from anywhere else.

Last December they sucked another £1.85m of hard earned cash into this concept and now 10 months later they are back for raise number 15 for more of the same. Only this time, practically starting all over again due to the total neglect of the pipeline. Your cash is just keeping them all in lifestyles IMO.

Question you have to ask yourself after Mondays presentation; will chucking yet more cash at this even at .25 deliver you a return on investment? Or is it more of the same, good money after bad? I say it probably wont deliver a decent return because any raise less than £2.5m will see them back here again in less than a year for follow on cash.

Also, the churn required due to the dilution with so many with fingers on the sell button on any uplift makes any possible ROI difficult /unattractive. That is your gamble.

Lets see on Monday what he has to say and go from there but this is deffo a hard sell due to the inherited position he has as i see it.
