Firstly why I'm replying, i must need my head looking at, they always say NEVER feed the trolls. However, you are trying to create unfounded uncertainty here and that needs stamping out. Further, you are making a right tit of yourself posting the same negative post over and over about accounts when the company have already officially confirmed the position on its financials. For clarity just for you:-

Helium One remains well funded for current exploration activities. The Company is confident about its Phase II exploration campaign and is in negotiation with a number of rig contractors for mobilisation of a conventional rig to target commencement of drilling in Q3 2022. After payment of all due invoices related to Phase I drilling, cash reserves available for Phase II exploration as of 31st October 2021 stand at USD $11,506,914.75 (GBP £8.7 million) with liabilities excluding disputed invoices of USD $239,429.21 (GBP £0.18 million).

The part that is outstanding, that they needed an extension to report on, is the asset data regarding plant and inventory at Rukwa. They physically needed more time due to travel delays to carry out stock takes on the ground. Again they clarified this point:-

"As a result of the Covid Pandemic, there have been unavoidable delays in the completion of the audit of the Company's Tanzanian Subsidiaries due to the availability of personnel and the movement of such personnel in country to complete stock-takes of inventory items at the camp at Rukwa"

So, can you now stop re-posting the same point to de-ramp. Not sure what your objective is?. IF you have a short on this stock or a short spread, i suggest you close it. Shortly the SP here is about to go materially north imo, you need to be long.

US production of Helium is in decline and IMO the world needs resources such as HE1 to come online.

The price of Helium has also gone from $280 / MCF up to $450 - $500 / MCF plus its in limited supply.

“US production of helium is rapidly declining and is expected to be 35% of world helium production by 2026. The two principal countries which will offset the decline in US production are Qatar and Russia. By 2026, they will account for up to 60% of the world’s helium production. However, USGS should not assume that both countries will be reliable sources of helium. Qatar was the target of an embargo between 2017 and early 2021, which halted its helium production for a month and upended the global helium market. Even absent any embargo, Qatar’s helium passes through the Straits of Hormuz, which has among the highest geopolitical tension in the world. Meanwhile, Russia has long withheld its natural resources for political ends. It repeatedly withheld natural gas from Ukraine between 2006 and 2014 and is withholding gas from Europe now. Finally, Algeria, the world’s fourth largest helium producer, has been in political crisis for years.”

HE1 is IMO potentially a HUGE asset that will be the subject of significant attention.

Once they conclude analysis of all of the data collected along with the 2D Seismic reports they will update us together with a road map of the next stages. That update is due any moment.

Personally i believe this update will be massive. I have posted here that DM has already said in interview that shortly they will be Signing an MOU with a rig provider And moreover, Confirming in DMs words

“What we’re drilling, where we’re drilling, who we’re drilling with & When we are drilling”

Should they move towards a JV then you can forget investing at anything like 10-15p that level will be long gone frankly. As such, I remain totally positive here.

The investment comes with risk granted, its a high risk reward play but its one i'm more than happy with. They get it right, the SP upside will be stratospheric. This will be the stock that many say, "God, i wished i had brought shares in HE1"

So in conclusion; you have potentially the worlds biggest Helium resource about to be proven, production of Helium in decline yet increasing demand, worldwide political reasons for control of Helium assets. This is the calm before the storm, i'm telling you. its about to get red hot here imo and that's why i'm a buyer of the stock.

If there wasn't de-rampers, naysayers and negatives here, there wouldn't be an opportunity. The SP would already be materially higher. As they say, invest when others are fearful.

The primary consideration here is the business, if you are a fan or not of 4D and the trials at various phases. For me personally that side ticks all the boxes. I like this business. If i didn't like the business and the longer term, i wouldn't give it a second look. We await the cancer trials update next Quarter but that side of things is imo fairly sound.

So really we are talking now about the SP long and short term. Long term it ticks the boxes, if they prove benefits on the cancer trials i agree with Phil that funds will buy in. Its a positive.

Shorter term, a few calling bottom at 37p and i hope you are right, Gawd knows we could all do with a break here, lets see how the next couple of weeks go. If there is enough sustained buying of a level that can absorb SO selling then we have half a chance but i don't want to get drawn into a suckers rally where SO takes his foot off the gas for a few days and then whack stuffs us with a big sell block. Once i see his TR1 his position it will be a bit clearer.

So, jury out for me at the moment BUT so far so good, nice to see some blue on the screen for a change

Using your comparison Georgina Energy is looking to IPO at £ 284m and at best is 18mths off first Spud
The four areas total 3,600sq kms
Following surveys its estimated 180 BCFC potential or $50bn value long term

HE1 meanwhile is a mere £ 67m today and about to confirm where when and who with spud but its imminent
The total area is 4,512 sq kms
The data due out will confirm the potential

On the above basis our share price should already be north of 30p and as i say, should they confirm any kind of JV or farm out deal we could well be flying materially high.

Lets see what happens, i really think it's all to play for here.

12 Isle of Wight's put together, LOL. It's just an incredible vast Helium basin. It would completely solve the worlds Helium shortages if they get it right.

But, I don't see how it can be done without a JV with a major or some sort of farm out deal. OK, i guess you could say well they could do it themselves in phases. Sure, but by my rough calculation it's at least about 144 rigs to cover this area. Doing it in small phases a couple of rigs at a time, they would be there for centuries at that rate.

To date, as i see, this has all been about data collection, the previous rig in the wrong location at least gave them information regarding the composite of the ground. All the surveying and 2D seismic data they have spent all year building and being put together will ultimately provide a detailed road map of the next stages.

DM recently said, they would be signing an MOU and he would be updating with details of “What we’re drilling, where we’re drilling, who we’re drilling with & When we are drilling”. I think that update could well be a game changer.

Let's put it another way, if i had mapped out an entire region and knew how many rigs would be needed, where all the fault lines are, where the helium was etc i would be cutting a deal with it. I think some here are just not appreciating how vast this project is.

So I stand by my original thoughts that it can't be done alone. I am very interested to see this next update.

As a side, no newsletter for two months. What's that all about? I think they are going to announce some deal based on the data? We will see.

Instead of trying to talk it down to get half a pence off a penny share, strap a pair on and take a position.

They either prove the value here and deliver, in which case the SP upside will be stratospheric or they deliver nothing and its worth FA. Only two outcomes.

If its not for you, jog on. stick to FTSE 100 or the Building Society for near certainty. Don't look at exploration penny shares on the AIM.

I tend to agree with some of the posters here

IF they could agree terms on a JV basis with a MAJOR then they could have numerous wells all across this basin. I worked out due to the sheer size of this project, 12 times the Isle of Wight LOL, they would need something like 144 Rigs...The scale of this is just incredible.

Get a deal done and they really could advance this project... all to play for here....

Also, Really interested in DMs next move and his Update once all the 2D seismic has been evaluated and he can tell us in his words “What we’re drilling, where we’re drilling, who we’re drilling with & When we are drilling”

MOU news he is also to confirm could also be game changing... time will tell.

Jesus, you spend a lot of time on this thread for someone who is commenting subtle negativity.
Currently we are all awaiting the updates and a number of investors are getting in ahead of that
I see no reason why not.

High Risk/Reward play but if they deliver, then anything under 30p is shortly going to look cheap here let alone at 12p - just waiting on DM now.

DM is the CEO he has 320,000.he doesn't earn a massive salary out in Tanzania but even so, in the event of an acquisition or JV he would be on terms and if they secure a few quid a share he would do very well out of it,

So, I repeat again.... THIS BUSINESS IS GOING TO WORTH A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT IF IT TURNS OUT THEY ARE SITTING ON THE WORLDS LARGEST HELIUM RESERVE AND ITS EXTRACTABLE OR IT WILL BE WORTH THE SQUARE ROUTE OF FA IF THEY CANT PROVE IT.

You make your choice, you invest or you don't. It doesn't need calculating, we are not valuating vodaphone or doing DD on some FTSE 100 play, its a total speculative play

That's all there is to it...

For me im a buyer at this level as i consider the upside will be stratospheric,
Buying at 11-12p is a gift, that's my call - BUY
equally I respect its not for everyone, Its for the adventurous but certainly worth a go as i see it

A few more miffed if they didn't buy and the update is groundbreaking and HE1 confirm a JV with a major and the Share price materially gaps up. That recent data looked VERY much like they could be sitting on one heck of Helium seam... now that would be nice..

Next thing you know RNS mega update lands that the drilling is going ahead in a JV in numerous locations and woosh SP has gapped up before open.

That's the risk isn't it? waiting to fish for half a pence off or just taking a position and adding to it.

Tell you something i would be mighty p@ssed here if this did an ARB and just went from here to a couple of quid and i hadn't got even a couple of grand in it... Now that would be annoying

I have not liked the Theo SPV deal since the start, but jury is out if they come through or not and on what basis. We will know soon enough
As for 4D if you read my comments in that thread you will see I actually do think the SP will reduce short term as they have a sustained seller
As for HE1 it’s a high risk/reward exploration play it comes with significant risk - we all know that. It will either be worth a small fortune or FA

But my plays elsewhere or rather the few I comment on have no bearing on my investment here, this bio play has different risk/reward profile

Let’s see how it turns out
