In addition to the available Warrants, the BOD are very well positioned in the event of a takeover. Just to reclarify the chairman holds 10.9m shares in HE1.
DM is the CEO he has 320,000 held plus the Warrants. He doesn't earn a massive salary out in Tanzania but even so in the event of an acquisition or JV he would be on terms and if they secure a few quid a share he would do very well out of this indeed.
Meanwhile shares held include
John Ian Stalker 10,891,343
David James Minchin 320,000
James Smith 112,524
Sarah Cope 112,524
Other Major Shareholdings
Sebastian Marr 20,762,564
Neil Herbert 20,716,036
John Geoffrey Bolitho 18,788,732
Now i except we have a few trolls here and those with a vested interest to de-ramp or whatever but frankly this is moving now very closely towards update news and a material SP Shift north.
We are talking exploration shares here on the AIM index. Its all high risk/ reward stuff not for the faint hearted but the rewards are here as they prove the extent and capacity of this resource. Its all to play for imo.
Just to avoid any element of doubt, I repeat again.... THIS BUSINESS IS GOING TO WORTH A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT IF IT TURNS OUT THEY ARE SITTING ON THE WORLDS LARGEST HELIUM RESERVE AND ITS EXTRACTABLE OR IT WILL BE WORTH THE SQUARE ROUTE OF FA IF THEY CANT PROVE IT.
So, you make your choice, doesn't need calculating, we are not valuating vodaphone or doing DD on some FTSE 100 play, its a speculative play, that's all there is to it BUT its one i really like.
For me im a buyer at this level as i consider the upside will be stratospheric - that's my call. It's a Red Hot Buy but i equally respect it's not for everyone.
Roll on the updates, looking forward to see how next week goes. Based on recent activity i can see us pushing the 22p line fairly quick.
