Have absolutely zero concern regarding the Ukraine situation. It's simply political posturing and everyone knows it. Anyhow, if we were on the brink of WW3 the last thing i would be worrying about is how my share portfolio is performing.

Meanwhile, Noob67 raised a valid point earlier; not that i would wish bad for Amur but if they did go offline or face sanctions now that would give our share price another boost.

The big advantage we have is that our SP / Market Cap is obscenely low. It's a high risk reward play for sure but at sub 50p levels its worth giving it a go. I believe we have a high chance of the bull run replicating the 4 week April 21 run, see SP charts:-

Far too much news to drop here for this materially undervalued asset to move much down. Currently on L2 we have 7 on the bid happy to take as much stock as you can throw at them at 11p and on the ASK one at 11.5 and rest going to 13p

Sure a few shakes here and there with volatile markets but this is heading to the 30p line and higher if JV news lands. This is one thing or the other its either worth FA or a fortune. Personally i think being on the biggest helium field in the world will bare fruit. Time will tell

Unless world war three breaks out i wont be selling - anyhow in that unlikely event, i wont care about my shares portfolio anyway.

Positive reality that this is the biggest Helium field in the world. It would not be possible to extract helium across this entire region without a JV or Outright sale. They could try and do it in phases but to extract max value better to go in with a major and hit it hard.

Anyhow, whatever call you make short term, as i say Bottom line, they have a VERY busy quarter and shortly as confirmed by DM they will be:
* Looking to talk about 2D Seismic Results
* Bring some of that information to SH
* Signing an MOU with a rig provider

AND moreover confirming in DMs words:-

“What we’re drilling, Where we’re drilling, Who we’re drilling with & When we are drilling”

Also, agree if they also move forward on a tai-3 the SP would be explosive

The price is ticking down the last hour in line with the entire market because of the issues in Ukraine which will likely resolve shortly anyhow. Ridiculous

They are sitting on the BIGGEST helium reserve in the world. I will say that again to let that sink in, BIGGEST in the WORLD its a matter of time before deals are done to extract it.

It's very simple;
SO has been reducing the funds position. This is fact. It's still trading but its a rebalance situation imo.
We await his next TR1
As a result every vulture and shorter known to man has jumped on the back of it. He could even be shorting himself. Those shorts are still in place. They are obviously expecting SO to sell further.

What we do know is that valuation at the raise was £35m and we have suffered dilution. Value at close Friday is £76m
That means that based on the current shares in issue he is still making profit on what he sells. But the business has materially advanced.

However, what will change this position is news of the FDA and future readouts. Anything else minor just gives him opportunity to sell into any small rises. Readouts would result in mass buying imo, possibly funds and would force all the shorts to close out.

I'm as frustrated as everyone else here, its a cracking business, bloody love it if I'm totally honest as i genuinely see LBPs becoming as common place as antibiotics in the future, that's how confident i am. However, whilst readouts have been slow and there was a few moans about BOD options etc, our issues are not with the business. The business is sound, its the SP that's sh@t.

Frankly, i wont mince my words, we need to see the back of this f'witt SO and his fund as soon as possible and then we can move forwards.

By rough calculation he is down i think to about 5% although no TR 1 yet to prove that. So we haven't got to endure this for much longer, thank God

Helium One Global (HE1) announced the completion of a multispectral satellite spectroscopy study which has identified additional surface helium anomalies at the Rukwa, Eyasi and Balangida project areas. Data from 2D seismic, airborne gravity gradiometry, and knowledge of the helium system gained from the Phase I drilling will next be combined with the results to assist in the prioritisation of subsurface traps to be tested in the company’s 2022 drilling campaign.

Indeed, if they could drill at various sites that would be amazing. However, just a quick back of cigarette packet calculation tells me they would need something like 144 rigs to maximise helium extraction from the size of this basin. That's why I'm still of the opinion a JV with a major is going to happen.

Your post blunt and to the point however, your message is clear. The sheer scale of this area is obscene. Its the biggest Helium field in the world. Analogy i keep using is the size of 12 Isle of Wight's put together they will ultimately need Rigs on. Just mind blowing potential.

Yeah, yeah, subtle de-ramp, if 10% or 15% is a good return for you on a stock that is an incredibly high risk/reward ratio you should stick to FTSE 100 plays.
Meanwhile I'm hoping the SP rallies forward Monday and those trading to try and get a the lower buy-in prices miss the boat. Can but hope

Obviously, everyone is entitled to their own investment style, and I wish you well with your portfolio.

I was going to reply with a detailed answer, but I gave up on the idea as it could be counter productive. Instead, I would suggest if you have not already done so that you register with the house broker Cenkos https://www.cenkos.com/ go to the research section and download the Valirx Report, all the facts are there.

There is absolutely no question whatsoever regarding how great SD is. I would not remain invested here without her as CEO. However, she is restricted by both the information that is passed to her and how successful the Stateside brokers are at securing capital for the start up SPV.

I still don’t know anything about how much they are trying to raise or indeed if going forwards they would be in a financial position to meet their future obligations to Valirx, but the bottom line is that we are going to know shortly what the outcome is.

One thing however is certain. There is a VERY loyal shareholder base here and that’s helping underpin the share price, so I’m confident the future is bright no matter what decisions they do or don’t have to be make this quarter.

DM clarified that they have a very busy Q1, he commented that a lot of hard work they did towards the end of last year, a lot of planning and organization which is an essential part of a project didn’t produce any announcements.

But he said as this quarter starts to bear fruit, he was looking forward to being able to talk about the results of the 2D seismic and bring some of that information into public domain.

He commented that they were looking forward to being able to start talking about signing an MOU with a rig provider so that by the end of this period looking to be able to talk about “what we’re drilling, where we’re drilling, who we’re drilling with, and when we are drilling”

So, there you have it, direct from the horse’s mouth.

Everyone has an opinion on this one and as we all know it’s a high-risk reward play.

I’m not concerned about any future placement risk, that’ well in the future if at all. A lot will depend in my opinion IF it goes to a JV with a Major or not and what the terms of that sort of deal may look like at that time.

According to DM in his recent interview he basically said regarding the share price it was now moving forward as investors realise this is a significantly undervalued asset. He reconfirmed that they are the largest primary helium company in the world, they still have the evidence of high-grade helium seeps coming up to surface, up to 10.5% in a nitrogen carrier gas, meaning they can produce helium which isn’t going to be associated with hydrocarbons. This becomes increasing important as we transition into a green economy. I see this as a major plus.

Also, he commented that: -

* They had talked since September about this being a de-risk basin, but the share price didn’t reflect any of the work which they completed in 2021.

* They had identified helium anomalies from surface all the way down to basement and they have high quality reservoir and seal units, which are all components of a working system.

* They have matured as a company and built a team over the last 12 months of international gas exploration experts who are able to deliver a campaign.

* They are very good at delivering things on a timeline and have already proven they are able to deliver exploration campaigns.

* As they move into drilling it makes a rather compelling case to come in at an asset which is on the ground floor and to take advantage of a lot of work that’s been done and to ride the price all the way through into a discovery.

* He thinks people are starting the year with that outlook and is happy to welcome a number of new investors and returning investors into their shareholding group.

Personally, I think that’s fair enough, I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt to deliver. They have a busy Q1 ahead of them, the investment is not for the risk averse I grant you, it’s a high-risk play for sure but I think it’s worth backing and that’s why I invest here.

No, what they need is a JV with a partner to develop out this resource, the sheer scale of this project is enormous. No way can they do this on their own imo. I believe that is coming. He was hinting at this in the recent presentation.

Meanwhile, we all know this is a high risk reward play. Some are posting here with the clear objective to de-ramp to try and further lower the entry buying point of an already cheap price but lets face it, everyone knows that if the volume of Helium proves to be extractable the share price will be in pounds not pence - that's the name of the game here,

As for the distracting talk about ADV, personally i never invested there. When i did my own analysis i never liked the fact that a third party drill operator had to try and settle a rig submerged in 30 metres of water, i mean bloody hell its hard enough as it is to operate drilling rigs but, its all about risk reward ratio, clearly some investors thought it might work, it may still come good but investments in exploration plays comes with high risk/reward as i say. Hopefully some of the investors over there will come and join us here before HE1 takes off.

GLA for next week. We have further updates due shortly and hopefully one on a JV, that's what i want to see frankly, it would light the fuse on the share price here.

Apologies if my over positive comments and stance, is mistaken for desperation, that's certainly not the case for me. I managed to add some late afternoon at 12p which i consider a great top up. I'm not in any hurry. End of Q1 is only a few weeks away and i believe we will shortly hear about a JV or partner deal of some sort.

I'm VERY bullish on the stock as you know. Obviously want to tell the world about it. That's what i do when I back a business. Lets face it if the Helium is extractable, we are going to be looking at one hell of valuation due to the sheer size of this reserve. Biggest in the world. So i stand by that.

When the stock rises to 20p i wont be selling because i believe they are sitting on something major here, its certainly a LTH but this current run does look similar to the 4 week April 21 run to me. I really do think we will be buying at 28-30p within a few weeks. Time will tell. We will soon find out.

No offence taken, noted. I have posted a lot today, you get caught up in it and when the de-rampers come on the forum or those that sold that want the price to fall to get back in lower, i get annoyed as i just think, if you are investing here invest and back the company. Don't take money out and then criticise the business because you want others to sell so you can buy back in lower.
But i do accept a stock like this will attract a percentage of traders hence, those closing out today at the end of the week and grabbing some gains.

Anyhow, lets see how next week goes and hopefully with the recent exposure and DMs interview today, it will encourage more investors with a longer term view to join us.
