I didn't realise the price could still move in the weekend, bit of a shock seeing 5k fall, kind of a shame for us that it wasn't more visible. Strapping in, 5k felt like more of an emotional sticking point than a material one.

If you don't think geopolitics and the price of gold are not a significant factor in the current and projected value of GGP that would be a perfectly valid proposition.

So as a part B to where we should be priced, what reasons do you/we think the market has for this gap?

The first thing which comes to mind is that we're very young - would a longer track record of doing well help? In which case that will resolve itself with time.

Is it uncertainty in the mainstream (non 'goldbug') that the price of gold is staying up? In which case I'd expect a bit more of a dam bursting and a surge in price once they catch on.

This is nice, so we have approx £5 guidance from people using conservative established numbers, and £7ish from people using 'the stuff we know is there but haven't formally published'.

It'll be interesting to see how both groups adjust (upwards!) when the 'stuff we think is there but haven't really talked about' lands too 😁
