Even if tech analysis is accurate for this stock (which I don't believe it is), it still begs the question "what's the track record this piece of software?". I would need to see a lot of mock forecasts and hear how the AI is trained before I trusted it with anything more than making drawings.

I think in previous valuations where POG was a factor (eg the 5%) a moving average taken over three months (or something) was used.

I expect there'll be a factor applied for volatility somewhere too.

In the scanario where GGP buy the whole shebang I suppose it would have been better to have got it before the POG went up, but that's not happening now so I guess they'll crack on with the analysis with the different number plugged in.
