You chose to invest in GGP, no one forced you to deal with NCM. I would think it would be a bad idea to annoy the people who (you claim) have the power to do us harm. I would think a charm offensive would be in order.

Walkabout - yes, that's the point I'm trying to make here. There's altogether too many posts tied up in assuming the worst from SB, NCM, and/or our own board going completely unchallenged.

I understand that NCM will not be giving away free money, but I very much doubt that they're playing unfairly WRT results and/or other underhand tactics. Happy to change my mind if I see evidence to the contrary but so far all I see is Olympic level conclusion jumping.

Matty - I recognise that it's not a good thing for the SP right now to be delaying! Are we certain that it is driven by NCM being aggressive to GGP, or have we just observed the delay and assumed/inferred that they're trying to hurt GGP?

Again, making a big assumption (NCM bad faith) based on another assumption (info being withheld), and holding it up as a reason to try and get shareholders agitated.

That's your idea of what the NCM offer might be and your idea of what GGP would want. Neither having any basis on any actual facts, makes the following supposition that w they will not be within 10% of each other doubly far fetched.

I think you're reading too much into it. I don't think a bullying culture in the office equates to bullying at an inter-corporation level.

I'd prefer that this was flying but I think it's more unfortunate than malicious and giving CEOs a hard time will not do anything productive.
