JD, interesting! Nice to know there are multiple collectives who think GGP is a good bet. It feels like a meta study to aggregate multiple groups feelings.
I'd love to say I liked good wine too, but my tastes for NV fizz and unoaked whites apparently make me uncivilised. Recently pleased to find out that my favourite red from Lebanon is back in the UK but we'll have to see how that shakes out with the trouble next door...
Yarp, I quite like that we had a neutral RNS and volume in the first hour seems to be higher than the rest of the week.
I'm a bit crap at RNS reading though, I seem to miss the subtext quite a bit so I may well be missing the message in this one. Looks like business as usual to me.
Errrm, I'd want more than that for 30 of the mine 😉
Just saying, the initial concept was the purchase of an asset, not GGP shares. So discussing SP rather than asset value is secondary (yes the SP will change, but because GGP asset/cash position has changed) and saying "I'd want at least 20p makes no actual sense".
A lot of heavy speculation for an entirely hypothetical sitiatuon. With a bit of patience you can eliminate a lot of hypothetical and possible, with the added benefit of not wearing holes in the carpet pacing in circles to make no progress.
We can't influence what's happening anyway so it's completely unjustified (and unfounded) mental gymnastics.
I've been to the stroud meet, met Doors, Lebuge, his son with the HAD shirt whose handle I forget, something about cabin doors... I'm real, hold plenty, am pro GGP.

@toffers why are you embarrassing SD in public when you own shares in the company whose dirty laundry you are dragging onto twitter?
Talk about a phyrric victory! Why don't you act in the best interests of the company you are invested in, instead of fighting for recognition from a man who doesn't care what you (personally) want?
I genuinely don't understand what you think bashing SD in public will do to reduce your losses.
