Alright, this is a really good one for me. There's been a lot of talk about the assets and MRE value and so on, but I hadn't seen anyone connect that through to MCAP and individual SP.

Probably the most useful way to establish an MCAP and target price IMO. Convenient and tidy that it lines up with some of the broker note sentiment too.

I'd prefer if we land at 3x than 2x though please and thank you :-D

Currently the purchase is not complete, which introduces some uncertainty. I suspect there will be some movement (but suspect quite gentle) when the assets are officially on the sheets for GGP, rather than the prospect that they will be (uncertainty/risk).

I'm optimistic that the increasing POG and re-evaluation of hav/tel inventory will do us some serious good.
