As sad as it is it does not impact Valirx which is penny stock with only 65 million shares. Markets can do what they want but our market cap is way below value. Monday is the last day of February and I am expecting news to drop next week which would change the face of Valirx forever.

Today might be a great chance for a top up for those that can smell an opportunity with big news due.

Only 18 million market cap. We should be 45-50p before funding after 70p plus after. Huge upside and with a deal all but done downside is zero once announced imo. The best risk to reward on offer.

Second deal for 301 or 401 could also be on the way shortly. We also have 3 drugs in evaluation with results due in a few months. Likely huge returns if you hold for a few weeks, months and years. The longer one holds the higher the returns for this one imo.

We can assume the deal is next to certain. No reason to doubt otherwise.

Downside with a 17 million market cap is zero after a deal. Val can move up very fast as we know and expect huge upside over the coming weeks/months if one can buy and hold here. Well worth a top up here imo.

It's not a war is it. Why does it impact the market cap of Val. These are the moments you buy and become a true multibagger. Where is multibagger he should be buying with that kind of name.

We are 17 million market cap. This is not an equilibrium level. How can Val open at 65p based on Letter of Intent and no funding or actual formal agreement. Also Val hit 74p on 201 results day. Now is the company defining moment a closed deal here with funding done changes everything. So why not at least 60-70p after the deal.

Again downside is very low as I think failure has now been priced in. Could drop to 20p but upside is 60-70p with huge confidence moving forward and likely further deals to be announced. Chances of a deal 95% plus by the end of March. Simple maths well worth it here if ever considering risk vs reward.

How many interviews does she need to give ffs with the same info each time. Hardly interesting. We just need an RNS now with the deal being completed. End.

Synarigen opening at 14 p from 180p shocking. Hopefully we will get the opposite gap up and open 80p once funding confirmed as I feel our market cap should be 50 million after funding. Don't forget we were 65p on open just on notice of intent signature.

Downside is very limited here. Upside could now be much greater than 100 per cent possibly more than 200 per cent here just for 201 given how undervalued we are.

Andysel well spotted I think you are right about Southerninvestor. I don't really understand this obsession with him buying at a placing at a low price. First of all he probably will not even get the option and secondly it would only be if TRx pulled out in which case the price would drop anyway. It's such an odd way of thinking that it could only be one person posting that.

It's clear after signing the agreements that TRx want this drug but we cannot be certain how long the funding will take. You would back them to get it regardless of how long it takes and therefore the SP should rerate massively.

Suzy has stated on numerous occasions she expects the deal to be completed before end of Q1. Not sure why a few are panicking and selling. Not much of a downside here and upside if she gets it will be huge and will bring confidence and larger investors in VAL longer term.

Start panicking if no news by the end of March but I do hope it will be done soon as I have concerns regarding our base price. I don't want us to be drift to 25p only to go to 35p after a deal but not concerned that the deal will be completed on time.

All this buying and selling by some of the same people when the stock price is static. First it was Russia now it's the interest rates and again it's not going to impact VAL.

Investors want details the question is do they have enough details regarding the trial set up to invest. Also a big pipeline of drugs being built at TRx so that could also be part of the hold up. Regardless the deal will get done sooner or later as they want it and if not they would have gone already.

Southerninvestor not sure what you are on about. Any chance it's saying you want to jump off a cliff for no reason. It would require a large dilution at the current price which is not likely necessary given a deal is almost certain. Placing should only be done to improve value and at a much higher price not at this price unless the deal fails.

Ideally if they get two deal in quick succession 201 and either 401 or 301 then can raise for future growth to avoid a large dilution would be the ideal situation. All depends how 401 and 301 are progressing if not hopefully 201 deal will settle at a high price.

Confidence will change once the deal is over the line.

Market is flying today. War looks unlikely. Good time to get the deal out.

First deal all but done for 201 and she has been working on 401 for sometime and I think she has always been confident of getting a deal for 401. I think we can get two only weeks apart.

If Val hits 100p then a tiny dilution at such a high price/ market cap will actually be positive after two deals. If that is the plan I am all for it at a very decent price as it would drive VAL closer to the 200p with a second deal and other acquisitions added and dilution would be minimal. Key is just to get 201 over the line which seems 95-99% likely. All looking like Val is setting itself up for 150p-200p this year imo.

Most VAL investors are not going 5050 that I am confident about. This is hardly a price to be doing a 5050. Downside is minimal and if we went down we would go back up at some point. Deal still is 95-99 % imo. Huge upside but this is AIM and nothing is guaranteed but this is as good as it gets.

Next 2 weeks hopefully Suzy will drop it. Feb almost over after next week so we are getting close and certainly don't see it going all the way on this occasion. She also stated end of March was a longstop date meaning it is anticipated to be done way before then.

It's good for potential investors moving forward even if not today and institutional investors. The more drugs the more potential the work that is being done. Great news and at this market cap VAL would be a great investment especially when 201 comes through.

Imagine potentially 2 late stage cancer drugs with deals if 401 gets one and then a huge portfolio of preclinical drugs. That would seem like a great investment. SAR had a market cap of 350 million and we are only 19 million.

Third drug added over the last few months. Huge potential and amazing pipeline being built. We await the big one for the 201 deal worth 100s millions inclusive of royalties all for a tiny market cap of less than 20 million. VAL going to be a massive multibagger this year.

I see no reason why this should impact VAL unless people sell. When the market goes up we stay the same. Makes no difference. but if VAL is news driven then big news is now due.
