What a difference a day makes. I have just watched the presentation on YouTube.

Super confident and happy. Lots was discussed and actually only a brief reference to the legacy strands, which I feel shows the strength and diversity of the Valirx portfolio and her outline of the strategy was really very good - even with the legacy projects put to one side this is a very good and strong investment.

Though to hone in on the Val 201 sub licensing deal.

- TheoremRx ‘are fundraising’ to complete the licensing deal.
- We are working with TheoremRx on a regular basis to help set up the next clinical trial and are ‘very active’ on this basis.
- We are ‘very confident’ we will be able to talk about that before to long and in more detail.

Any doubts of mine have gone. Somebody mentioned her body language earlier. I agree, it looks so confident and she considers this a formality and I believe it will be announced within Feb (which supports her long stop reference re end of Q1).

I believe a trading pattern will emerge soon. This is a tight ship so I reckon we will have only a day or so of a substantial rise before it’s announced.

IMVHO the deal is a certainty now and as such this is a very strong buy. Take your position early. The first mover wins here - nobody will be selling post a deal and those buying will be paying at least double what you could get them for today.

I will stand back from making any judgements regarding all the negatives from other areas so far as we still have time and I still believe the deal can come good. The current market cap is very cheap and if she gets it then the upside is huge and it will bring huge confidence in the strategy. This is a great risk to reward entry point here.

It's not a question of business only but my concerns are mistakes made due to a lack of experience on numerous occasions. It's a result orientated business and i'm sorry but I don't accept for a second that she has no control. They made a promise and agreed timelines with TRx so TRx need to be pulled up for it. You can't go wrong twice. As CEO she cannot keep sitting back and seeing what happens until the last day just like in December. She needs to push for it and take control.

As I said TRx are doing what they need to do which is starting the trial set up but this delay in funding is impacting our share price and they made the agreements. They may not have any real urgency to get the funding done until they are nudged a bit because things are ticking along in regards to the trial set up but at the same time our share price is being decimated. All I am saying she needs to take control here and put pressure on them to get it done.

Working capital for Val is very low. Remember clinical trials are outsourced. To Suzy's credit she has managed this part well.

Payment is enough as confirmed by Suzy for working capital is the deal goes ahead. The drug is good but sample size was very small for big pharma at the moment and patent life may need to be sorted out as well but they have an expert on board Ken Sorenson who will do that. Getting to phase 2b should give us a market cap of 40-50 million at least so plenty of upside.

Suzy will be hated just like George and Satu if she does a value adding placing below 40p. If the deal fails then no choice for working capital. Value adding should only be done around 50p mark or above so that the real long term holders do not get destroyed and for that they need to conclude a deal first.

I agree with Iceman post as it honest. We can't keeping covering delays and failures forever so it's time to produce. Can't just sit back as CEO and wait for updates that never come. SP has dropped massively given errors in timelines and it should not happen again this time.

If a deal comes which I still say is likely this month then the confidence will change then anything is possible. 60p plus for me just for 201 but it will fluctuate but overall trend will be up because we will hopefully have other updates/deals this year. If it is delayed 17-18 p given we are 23p at the moment but we should recover.

I think you miss the point. We are 23p at the moment if it's delayed then we go to about 17/18p. She may then need to raise capital if she is stupid she could do a 5 million placing for her lab at 14p and destroy us all due to low SP placing and then talk about long term value.

I think the upside is decent and if the deal comes good and if Cenkos finally decide to help we can get to a good price get a tiny dilution even 5 million at a good price say 60p and move up even more as time progresses. This is why 201 is very important to get done in a timely manner. One delay is bad enough a second one is not acceptable.

I remain confident and would not sell at such a low price but I think it is time that they start getting results because the Cenkos deal as it stands was a joke given they have not helped the SP much and they have had time. TRx need to be managed better to ensure they stick to agreements and not take the **** which is why both Suzy and Kevin need to step up.

I wonder if the mistake here is the fact that work is being done to start the trial. I think this allows TRx to progress the work they need to do but leaves us on the back foot. They are getting what they need to do without delays and don't really care about the fundraising just yet until at least the trial starts.

This is where Suzy's skills as CEO come in. She needs to show authority and not just go along with things. Had the trial set-up work not started it would delay the work that TRx need to do before things gets started and they would have got the fundraising done by now. Five months if it is not done by now it's either they are not bothered by the timelines we give as it does not suit them and Suzy is very nice and does not have the right skills or authority to make it happen or they have genuine difficulties raising even after five months.

The reason we have Kevin Cox is to support Suzy so if she lacks skills in some parts such as showing authority then he should step up and help her and show authority to TRx as this is impacting SP massively. A second delay cannot be acceptable this time and they need to show more here.

It was long term 2 years ago and it will long term 5 years from now and until we are all dead. The deal should be done no excuses this time with no real progress made if not.

The positive being the market cap is so low that you may even treble your money if a deal comes.

Downside here is getting lower and lower and an opportunity is still here. Still very likely a deal is done soon. Either way Suzy needs to act soon one way or the other.

Hopefully recruitment for the trial is done with details in the RNS. That would provide a great boost along with the funding.

Suzy needs to send out a great RNS this time and not at the last minute. SP is low enough at the moment.

DId you ever do the homework that Adam gave you a few months back? Maybe life would be alot better for you if you got into the habit of doing some homework Rahel.

You were dumb enough to invest in the 50s and sell a year later in the 50s. Not really smart money is it.

End of month is longstop date. Should be days away now.

By this stage of the quarter I would assume that the fundraising has been completed successfully and they now doing the legal stuff. She would not be so confident if in doubt.

A great growth company with so much in the pipeline and lots of news due soon. Also looking forward to Cenkos playing a role soon to boost up the price with institutional investors. We have been priced in to fail at this price so a huge upside here.

Note and compare the style of writing with another poster and the desire to get into a placing below 20 p. Very unique and odd way of thinking.

It's based on research. As Suzy stated during the interview Intuitional investors would be buying into the open market. It's a 95-5% success to failure chance imo. No hint of a failure. Documents have been signed, Suzy is confident and they are progressing with the trial set up. Therefore not a ramp as I have done my research.

Anyway maybe you will feel better once NYCT and DDDD recover by a few percentage. Not that it would make a change to your loses which would be fully deserved in your case.

Upside short term I would say 45p-90p depending on work done by Cenkos after the deal.

I feel if Cenkos were to ever get institutional investors here then it would be soon after the 201 deal given they have been with us since last year. We only have 65 million shares so even one or two very large buys will change the confidence and suddenly we would be 80-90p. Seen it happen many times in AIM.

Longer term we have 3 drugs in the evaluation stage and we will be adding more. 301 can also be a game changer should it be Takeda or Astellas as widely speculated and 401 should be close to a deal. Well worth keeping all or some VAL as I see this as a growing company and far more likely to make gains here than jump elsewhere.

Put it this way for one individual I am glad DDDD and NYCT turned out the way it did. Again manipulative and trying to create fear. You will only watch VAL rise and keep wishing it fails.

All the shareholders here should be fully aware that you were previously seeking advice from Rahel and Elis and deramping which partly caused us all loses. This to me shows a complete lack of ability to think for yourself and a lack of intelligence as well.

Find another stock all you do is trade this stock for few penny gains and loses with no knowledge or care for Valirx as a company. You were also deramping previously when the initial deal was signed so best you disappear as this place is for genuine holders not people like you.
