I think we can hit 50p before 201 deal news depending on release day but equally happy with this Monday and a gap up. Massively undervalued. As Suzy has been saying they are sticking to the timelines unless otherwise notified. It remains the case and lots of work has been going on to set the trials up. It would be unprofessional to come up with a second delay on the last day. Deal is done.

After funding 70-80p is on the cards. Huge week ahead. 35p close today would be great.

I have been following this stock very closely over the last 2 years and I understand the potential risk vs reward although I appreciate it is based on opinion.

Without any deal last year we were mainly in the 19-22 p range which is only a 13-14 million market cap. Since then we have had 3 promising early stage drugs added into the pipeline with news due in the next few months. BC201 has also had promising results which we will also soon find out. I felt last year given we have two clinical stage drugs we were undervalued but still we have moved further so we should be about 25-30p now without any deal which is still a very low market cap. Note it is the same range where we are now.

Suzy has stated that they are setting up the trials at the same time as fundraising. She also stated Trx and their fundraisers can see information that we post which suggests to me the funding is done or mostly done. Suzy stated that in order to start the trials she was going to visit hospitals and speak to consultants and in order get the correct figure and allocate the funding they need to know recruitment numbers. A number of things need to be done which is why we are at the later stage of the quarter.

I think if we do not get a delay this morning then it is full steam ahead. If it was delayed slightly then naturally they would have told Suzy 2-3 week in advance and asked for an extension given it is the second time. That time has now gone and therefore the deal is almost almost certain to arrive. The market will reward the brave with a significant gap up here as previously we were 40-55 before 201 news. The deal has potential worth of a few hundred million and we are only 17 million for 7 drugs.

News is likely to arrive Monday or next week so today could be the last chance to buy. You only have to look at the market cap to know the potential here. Downside is very little and I have given my reasons why. A STRONG BUY and a big blue Friday.

RNS from this week regarding BC201:
Under development with Black Cat Bio and OncoLytika, the mechanism of action of BC201 has been investigated with a wide range of preclinical tests. The encouraging initial results will be published in an academic journal in due course.

I also read a letter sent to someone about 2-3 months ago although was not direct it seemed BC201 has achieved something very special. We don't know the exact details yet but as I said we have 7 promising drugs with a market cap of only 17 million and one with a huge deal relative to the current market cap.

My advice don't engage with him. He has an agenda which if you have been following you would know what it is. We all know who he is so no point engaging with such type. They know Val has huge potential but are scared to buy in unless they achieve the agenda they want. Appears to be some sort of OCD problem.

You need to factor in the current SP and potential reason. A positive reason where it appears the deal is about to be completed will cause the SP to increase not decrease given where we are at the moment. Therefore I disagree that this will drop if we have a delay. It just depends how long.

I am confident the deal will arrive either on Monday or later next week. What if they come back having set up most of the trial or having dealt with any patent issues what would that to the SP and how high will this go?

The upside is significant and a fair value is 40 million plus market cap if the funding is completed. As Suzy highlighted Trx have the right specialists to progress this drug from phase 2b to phase 3. Phase 3 is when it typically attracts the big pharmas but at our current market cap we should be 40 million plus 70-80p once funding is confirmed.

Downside is not much. We were about 22p most of last year without a deal and we have 3 more drugs and BC201 clearly has some great results yet to be published.

Overall if deal fails 20-22p and if delayed 25p-40p with the upper range if it is a short delay with a positive reason but if it comes good 70-80p imo. Therefore a strong buy at current range.

Agreed Rightback. Watch out for BC201 I think they have made a potential scientific breakthrough on this. Also a deal for 301 and 401 should now be reaching a conclusion. I have always felt 100p plus by the summer but short term next week or two 70p can be hit.

Not much downside with 7 drugs all at a stage where value can be added. All for 17 million. 201 alone beats the market cap by multiples.

17 Million market cap. Only 65 Million shares. We all know how fast VAL moves. Imagine what will happen when the deal comes in the next few days. It will be transformational. Also 7 promising drugs so 7 chances to come good but 201 is all but done.

We should have a strong rise tomorrow and next week if no news on Monday. Always invest early to maximise returns.

I think tomorrow will be the big build up day ahead of a big RNS on Monday or later next week. Market cap is only 17 million so 70p after the deal is fair price. 40p-45p before the deal. Significant upside from here and Suzy is very confident with a Q and A booked early next month.

I am confident the deal will come on Monday or next week. The Q and A is at the start of next month but they may try avoiding leaving it until the last date therefore likely next week. A nice build up to Monday/next week is anticipated.

The deal will probably be even better than we think. Maybe some details regarding some of the other indications, patents or royalty rates might show the true value of the deal. I am very hopeful. It's clear lots of work has been going on in the background and we might find out soon what that is as well as the fundraising.

Suzy indicated in the RNS but BC201 showed promising results which will also be released in a journal soon. We have so much going on and therefore not much downside on a market cap of 17 million. I said yesterday we have 7 lives with 7 promising drugs.

I maintain that after the 201 deal is complete we should hit 70p comfortably. The deal will bring confidence to the entire strategy and the Q and A should be a positive discussion about what is lined up next after 201. A strong buy at the moment as we should not be below 40-45p before the deal.

Another strong blue day lined up and only a few more days now until the transformational news.

If a one month delay but with a positive update then 35p. If deal then 65-75p range. 40 Million market cap fair price after the deal. Deal highly likely in the next few days.

We have 7 other drugs all yet to come good but are looking promising. Just like a cat we have 7 lives but a deal here for 201 is 95%. Fantastic entry point with 7 lives.

Market is flying and is likely to continue to do so over the next few days.

This is just the start and with big news due it's only worth adding here at this tiny market cap.

Regardless it's a phase 2b stage cancer drug and provided we get funding the drug will be worth big money at this stage. I would say 40 million market cap with everything else as well for now then it will build. That is about 70p which is fair.

People did not understand the deal at first and it was just a letter of intent. Now we know it is led by a specialist in prostate cancer and a patent lawyer who might actually bring greater value to 201 than we all know. Throw in the various indications and a royalty of 7-8% then the deal is very big.

The closing of this deal is what matters and when that happens soon it should explode to record highs.

Hopefully we target 30s at lunchtime. Massively undervalued. Remember market makers felt we were worth 65p based on letter on intent. Confirmation of funding will bring significant confidence to the entire business and will show Val can get deals.

Next few days will be very exciting here. The markets are starting to pick now as well as the war is likely to end soon.

Also Q and A is set up and therefore delay unlikely. It seems all set for a huge rise into the 60s and 70s after confirmation. So much more upside with 6 other early stage drugs. It's a strong buy here at this market cap.

The update yesterday showed we have 7 promising drugs all on going. We only need 1 to come through to a half decent level and that includes a deal completed for VAL 201 which should happen in the next few days. Then you are looking at double/ treble the price from where we are at the moment.

Suzy is confident of getting it done and has a Q and A set for start of next month. It's a win-win situation here if one can be patient. A strong buy at current prices with news also due in the next week or two. I always look at downside over time and I don't see much here but upside is huge.

We know the deal is unlikely to come today. He is trying to kill the momentum and create disappointment if the deal does not come today. Anyway Suzy has until 31st of this month and no delays are expected. The Q and A is a further hint that hopefully we will get a positive conclusion by the end of the month.

I see they may also reach a positive conclusion regarding the war as well in the coming days. All positives coming through and lined up for a big rise.

Don't listen to him unless you want to lose money. He is just trying to create fear. It should come in the next few days.

Suzy has a Q and A at the start of next month and I cannot see a delay otherwise people would ask lots of difficult questions. She is also very confident.

Hopefully a rise to 30-35p in the next few days before the big news. Strong upside here so huge value at this price.

Comes under BC201. I think the treatment for Sepsis is the most interesting part as currently no treatment and it could worth big money. We will soon find out regarding 201, BC201, 301 and 401 all to come in the coming weeks/months.
