It's fine. Most important point is that it will get done. Our market cap following completion is going to be massive. Delay is kind of priced in.

We were 20-22p with no sight of a deal with dead drugs so hopefully we should be stable. We have added 3 drugs since last year market was kind of expecting a delay. I am relaxed but disappointed.

At this price you can expect a 100% up on open. Only those that are in and prepared to ride the storm will benefit. Southern can still buy at 50-60p plus and still make another 5-10p but he will be sweating that is for sure.

The Q and A will be exciting next month I am sure.

Not much downside so I would rather wait for the news and if 201 gets done then a brilliant investment moving forward.

People need to remember we are only valued at 17 million. I am sure that over the last 5 months lots of work regarding trial sets has been done and funding has been completed or is at a stage where we should increase in value. RNS should contain details either way.

Worst feeling is when you sell before news and get locked out by over 100%. You might save a penny or two with a delay but at this price it is worth a strong buy. Still feel the deal will get done or some very positive update to take us to 40s-50s.

I remain confident. Suzy and her words throughout Q1 were along the lines they are sticking to the deadlines unless we are notified. It would be unprofessional for TRx to come out so late again with a second delay. Besides not much downside on a delay so looking forward to a massive rise and some stability for the next leg up to £1 plus this year.

Q and A booked start of next month if in doubt. News is about to come.

I think Suzy has had a guarantee that it will be done by the end of the month. That is why the Q and A is early next month and can only that early next month following good news.

Looks like news will come on Monday 28th to allow a week for the Q and A but can be either tomorrow or Thursday as well. Would be nice to hit 40p by the end of the week.

You would have to accept a short delay but I would let them know we would be negotiating with other parties as well just to make it clear that if they fail we move on as that would be the second time. Not sure how many other parties were interested. I did say last time they should have done this anyway but I am not expecting a delay based on the early Q and A and how late it is this quarter.

Just look at the Q and A at the start of April. That should answer all the questions. If delay with no reason then why hold a Q and A as that would be the first question anyone would be asking. For me the deal is done and the Q and A will be to discuss the birth of a new VAL.

If we were 50p now before deal then fair enough I would expect a decent drop if we were delayed. At the current price I do not expect any significant drop especially when considering the price history of this stock . If we get a positive reason for a short delay then I see us heading to 40s-50s either immediately or leading upto the end of next month.

At the current price It's all about whether the deal happens not whether we have a delay. The delay is very unlikely at this stage given what happened first time and as Suzy said they are sticking to the deadline unless we are notified. We have not been notified therefore deal expected this week or next week Monday.

I agree. The various indicators as well. I remember Suzy stated that the pipeline they are building is much bigger than the 201. So who knows what else they are doing but it seems bigger than just 201 but either way I expect the deal will be concluded this month or very soon.

As I stated last week we were mainly 20-22p last year without any hint of a deal. Now a deal worth 100s millions for 201 about to be concluded so you can work out the upside vs downside. We have also progressed much further having added 3 drugs since last year and all 7 drugs are still in the running.

For me 201 has not been priced in atm so target off 70p plus remains following 201 conclusion.

I am 99.99 % sure that the investors for TRx were found last year. It is subject to successful fundraise as money was not transferred. Suzy was 100% before Christmas because they were already lined up but honestly they would have wanted further details such as timelines and details before they transfer and make upfront payments. That is why the trials are being set up at the same time. Think about it.

Market cap is very low either sit back or invest at his cheap market cap with huge upside. For me the deal is 99% and 90% it will come on time. Suzy knows investors are lined and have been for sometime and that is the reason she has always been confident and unconcerned.

32-35p prediction tomorrow if the deal does not arrive at 7am.

Investors don't just invest in trials and pay money up front without some detailed information regarding where the trails are going to happen, how many people are to be recruited and expected costs is also relevant to this. Suzy needed to visit various hospitals as well which takes time. It's a process not a question of dumping money into a bank account.

Working capital is covered in the deal. TRx may also fund the lab as well and other options are available and this could be months away. Besides it is an asset which would be factored into the price and market cap and will increase in value.

Anyway we know now that we are so close that a delay is highly unlikely and we have a Q and A booked. Suzy will get the deal done if it was in doubt we would have known already. No reason or no valid reason to justify no deal so I remain fully confident.

What you need to do Southern is get yourself booked into a hospital and get your that brain of yours checked out. Such a loser with your track record.

Deal is almost certain now as Suzy has stated throughout the quarter that if the deal was off we would have been notified otherwise assume they are sticking to the timelines. Only a few days left now and when it comes good we should smash 70p.

Working capital will be covered by the deal which will get done. Possible news tomorrow or this week and I will not want to be out at this price that is for sure. Medium term I will stay here as so much potential and I want that £1 plus.

I figure this is why selling has dried up. Who would sell now. When this close to news. It’s almost worrh daring traders to sell. They will be nervous doing so. This makes for a good investment position with sentiment improving and anticipation growing. Nervous sellers = a share price increasing.

I’m 99.5% certain the deal is coming. IMVHO that will lead to 125% or more rise. So in a sense it doesn’t matter but we all like a bit of blue to make us feel better. I think we will be feeling a lot better in the days to follow.

Never buy on a large spike just as an example Genedrive up 130% I suspect VAL will beat that rise. It's company changing news here when 201 comes . That news don't look like a big deal.

Never buy on large spikes. Take position early and wait. If Val comes good it will rise very, very high. Everyone has a good chance now to invest here and take position as long as one can hold.

I can just see this coming good over the next few days. All the hints are in place. If the deal was in doubt then she would have not already set up a Q and A and RNS would have been released. All going to plan.

The funding is not much and should easily have been completed by the experienced TRX team. I am fully confident just like Suzy has been. Not much downside here either so all to play.

What has that got to do with potential 201 deal and the value of it. It's an asset which is factored into the market cap and will rise in value over time. Your track record of losing money everywhere is clear to see as you fail to understand basic concepts despite your efforts.

Anyway the 201 deal will show Suzy can strike deals. It will bring big confidence to the entire strategy. We don't know the price but I would say 70-80p on that alone maybe more.

Guys you are coming up random figures and numbers and also best not to engage with the idiot. It's not based on any logic or potential market cap. I already said we were in the 20s last year without a deal and that was low and we have progressed in terms of pipeline. A single digit would be a market cap of about 4-5 million with 7 drugs and 2 phase 2 clinical assets. Seriously.

We have lots of news due past 201. A 1 month delay with a positive reason sees us in the 40/50s that is if things are progressing. I think they are sticking to the timelines and had it been a no deal things would have stopped months ago and they would not have been carrying on. Suzy is unconcerned and confident.

Expect deal RNS Monday/next week and us hitting 70p plus with further upside. Everything is risky in AIM but this is as good as it gets. Provided you can be patient invest with confidence.

Random predictions based on no logic Pork Chops. I'll repost my logical reasons again.

I have been following this stock very closely over the last 2 years and I understand the potential risk vs reward although I appreciate it is based on opinion.

Without any deal last year we were mainly in the 19-22 p range which is only a 13-14 million market cap. Since then we have had 3 promising early stage drugs added into the pipeline with news due in the next few months. BC201 has also had promising results which we will also soon find out. I felt last year given we have two clinical stage drugs we were undervalued but still we have moved further so we should be about 25-30p now without any deal which is still a very low market cap. Note it is the same range where we are now.

Suzy has stated that they are setting up the trials at the same time as fundraising. She also stated Trx and their fundraisers can see information that we post which suggests to me the funding is done or mostly done. Suzy stated that in order to start the trials she was going to visit hospitals and speak to consultants and in order get the correct figure and allocate the funding they need to know recruitment numbers. A number of things need to be done which is why we are at the later stage of the quarter.

I think if we do not get a delay this morning then it is full steam ahead. If it was delayed slightly then naturally they would have told Suzy 2-3 week in advance and asked for an extension given it is the second time. That time has now gone and therefore the deal is almost almost certain to arrive. The market will reward the brave with a significant gap up here as previously we were 40-55 before 201 news. The deal has potential worth of a few hundred million and we are only 17 million for 7 drugs.

News is likely to arrive Monday or next week so today could be the last chance to buy. You only have to look at the market cap to know the potential here. Downside is very little and I have given my reasons why. A STRONG BUY and a big blue Friday.
