Also due this month is the outcome of the evaluation for Triple Negative Breast Cancer. If this drug gets added into out pipeline it is likely to generate significant interest. 201 deal plus this and then a lab contract with an institutions coming in June for the first time could be the biggest blockbuster month of all time.

As we all know the end of year results are due out early next week with no delays. They have been held back but for what reason? Market cap only 16 million and if the deal arrives at the same time this will explode.

A big blue day on the cards today as 201 has not really been priced in and we all await the company making deal. Not much downside here with patience but upside is significant. We are now in June and the deal can come anytime.

I am expecting news next Tuesday. Even if TRx don't complete the funding by the end of June I think after 9 months they need to show real figures and progress. Maybe Suzy can give confidence by saying they are finalising funding with a large company from X Sector from X country if it is without giving the name and what the hold up is. The market needs confidence the deal will conclude if they do not complete it just yet.

Current SP 201 is not priced in. I feel we should head towards 30p before the news. A great entry point IMO with very significant upside.

Poor judgement? Look at Scancell down almost 50% over the last year. Funny how all experts turn up on this board to tell us our judgement is poor.

The deal will get done hopefully before the deadline and even if not and if TRx loses exclusivity as some stage it will get done. The key is to keep hold and you only lose if you sell at a loss. We will not get the same type of dilution as the last lot but if necessary the higher the price the better for the longer term holders.

My judgments are risk vs reward. We could head to 15p if the deal fails but then almost immediately we would probably head back to 20p because the drug did not fail due to the science or trial results and still has value for a deal later. Upside short term 50p-100p and long term 200p plus is achievable. Therefore buy and hold for me.

Suzy never fails to disappoint. At least now we probably know the end of year results will probably be on the last day Tuesday 7th June unless it comes out this coming Monday with the deal. Don't see an RNS a day or two before the bank holiday as it will get lost.

TRx have got an amazing deal from all angles so I am sure they will come up with something. They probably have the money so it is down to Suzy to push them and not leave it until the end of June.

I have decided to block out the negatives until the news. We must all wait. Not good to know but still positive that the deal will get concluded and that it will be up from that point.

100 % Rightback. DDDD will need some huge funding around now so Porky can buy more over at DDDD if a placing happens with them. The same questions all the time.

I have had next week penciled in for a long time due to the end of year financials due during the Queen Jubilee week. Could be the last rush before the big news.

Not often we get news at all and we are very undervalued imo. It's standard news to have funding then trial set up news or both in one. Straight choice one big RNS or split into two or three if they are not that far away apart. No pump about it.

Triple breast cancer news at the end of June. You may get some institutional buy-ins if the deal happens. Could hit 100p plus depending on the news.

One of the main points of investing is to make a profit if you believe in the growth of the company. It's all result dependent. Need to produce something and be able to show you can negotiate, influence others and write inspirational RNS reports full of promise, value, next steps and timelines when possible to keep people interested when possible.

Val is a great long term investment if they get 201 done. If not then it will likely be a slow burner with much larger dilutions along the way.

All these years of meetings and conferences. What is the point if the work that actually matters does not get done.

Yes and look at the bank holidays in week one in June on Thurs/Fri. You would not expect an RNS the day before the bank holiday as it will kill momentum. That leaves only May so likely next week if we are working on the assumption of news before end of year financials which is what I also think will happen.

We have discussed the issue relating to the end of year financials. You need to figure the rest out yourself. Don't mean it will not be in the last three weeks of June but the SP will likely drop with the current cash situation. They would likely have planned ahead unless they need more time.

Either one huge RNS with funding or trial news or a second one with a 2-4 weeks timeline on the first funding RNS to build further anticipation to the share price. About time VAL took off and like all stocks it will dip and go back up as then it will seem cheap. We also have news for the breast cancer drug at the end of June so the price should be stable after news.

The queen jubilee bank holiday during the first week of June will make it hard to get the RNS out in June. I am looking at next week Tuesday/Wednesday as a possible date for news but could vary by a few days. This allows the market enough time to absorb the news before the bank holiday weekend and the deadline for end of year financials.

Yes I agree therefore if the deal news was to come before then it would most likely be in May. It would surprise me if the end of year financials were released with the deal news a week or two later if they have planned ahead so I think news is imminent in the next few days.

I understand the end of year financials are due by the end of the month at the latest.

Therefore I would say the deal will be concluded before then. This should mitigate any low cash reserves that we have with the upfront payment therefore preventing a drop in the stock price as working capital would then be covered.

I am sure Suzy would have discussed that she would like news out before the release of the financials. I think the deal will arrive over the next few days.

Going back to the quote from the bible regarding the Valley of Death. Time to stop reading the bible and deliver the deal. 5 months after the expected conclusion is insane.

I still expect it to get done but I hope it does not go into June. Can't imagine they have done nothing after all this time.
