Regarding adding further, as it stands Suzy has given every indication that the business plan involves buying a lab. In my considered opinion, nobody is going to support a placing higher than where CENKOS have warrants at 22p. Why would they? just to make Cenkos money?

This is bull Porky not even your opinion. You write well but you always put a paragraph of rubbish to support your agenda. Everyone knows placing at the best price is the highest price not lowest to avoid larger dilutions. The deal will need to come first for shareholders to get behind Suzy imo especially given she has delayed a number of times and the board is partly responsible for where the SP sits.

We are happy if Cenkos makes money if we also make money and the company does well. Therefore Cenkos will also not want a placing lower than 22p and neither would any shareholder.

Porky you admitted yourself that you only kept the profit in and sold the rest. It's clear that you are just trying to destroy the share price so you can buy it cheaper with much more than you hold that is if you are holding any. You are manipulating the price imo and trying to be nice with Suzy because you think she will give you some nice free shares in the AGM.

If you think that Suzy is doing a brilliant job then why have not reinvested your money? If you want clarity then I suggest that you cannot conclude she is doing a brilliant job just yet. Nothing has progressed to the next stage. It's not about going from A to Z it's the journey and so far it has not progressed with anything.

Not so sure if we have the right team in VAL if nothing is delivered this month. I think a detailed analysis should have been done before giving extensions and this is now the third time. Also they were super confident the funding will be done last year and still nothing. Clearly they are not asking the right questions when negotiating.

Still positive that the deal would be done this month and 201 deal is not priced in at all so I expect a huge rise should it come good or any decent positive news.

Val can move up very fast. Suspect a huge gap up if the deal comes. Downside is next to nothing and it will only be down to lack of confidence not the actual value of the company.

If ever a great chance in life to buy it's now imo. 21p you know you will get that back at some point imo or three times more very soon.

The closer this gets to the AGM the more likely the deal will come. You don't release bad news just before the AGM. Think about it.

People said the same the previous two times and we went from 20p to 35p after the delays. The point is delayed or not the deal is still very much on and so the same is likely to happen again. A few different scenarios are also possible from part funding to full funding. 201 deal is definitely 0% priced in at the moment not to say it cannot dip a bit then go back up.

Don't forget Cenkos are at 22p. We could also have a placing at a premium price 35p plus with IIs should the deal get delayed as it is not priced in. Cenkos will support Suzy with this and protect the holdings they have as well imo. That will form a base at the higher price only to have the deal after and shoot to 60p plus.

This is a strong buy area imo with news due. Don't forget triple breast cancer news also due soon. I am expecting us to head to 30p-35p in the next two weeks as is an OVERSOLD area.

No such thing as a no deal here. It's ongoing. Likely just waiting for patent approvals. The deal will come sooner or later.

With patience very large gains to make at this price. I am fully in but I would be buying more or switching off if nervous. Entirely your choice but this is a great opportunity imo.

Part funding is most likely at the moment but that should take us to 40p-50p imo. We were at a higher price most of last year with no hint of a 201 deal. We have since then had the possibility of adding a few more drugs into our pipeline soon with evaluation projects now coming to a conclusion.

23.3 to buy. Imagine the upside if the deal comes in as expected 70p-100p if trial news. Downside max few pennies which should recover shortly after.

People are crazy to sell here. These are the moments you make big money when people fear imo.

Normally in the range 24p to 35p before the deal. Deal still on track and not long left now. Something will need to be delivered and given 201 is almost 100% not priced the reward is very strong at this price as long as you can hold. Upside 50p-100p downside 20-22p imo.

Suzy is still very confident. Be greedy when others are fearful.

Thanks TDK. We all want the same apart from those that are waiting on the sidelines hoping to get in cheaper. At this price not sure what they are waiting for.

Why would I disagree. More information and certainty is what is needed here. It's the reason why the SP is where it is. I doubt the SP would be 30p with certainty but if funds were raised and with certainty it could be closer to £1 or more.

They have the experience needed and this investment approach as I have understood it is common in the US which is fine. The website would benefit VAL shareholders but I can see why they would want to keep it private whilst they raise funds at the moment.

I don't trade I invest. I have not de-ramped once and been here a long time so don't try and twist what I say. Once I sell I will sell but it will not be at this price as I said the deal is not really even priced here so if 201 comes good it will be the start of a long and successful journey for the company. I have invested mainly due to 201 and I am confident it will do well during the phase 2 trials. It's a very safe drug that had good results at lower dosage and I confident it has a great future.

The market cap is next to nothing here. I can wait but as a long term investment we want the value of our shares to remain. That will happen if 201 comes good. For that reason the deal is very important. Don't care about any drifts as it cannot be predicted exactly when it happens but over a period of time the value will show.

Not at all. I have seen many spikes here and kept hold throughout. I am waiting for £1, £2 as I think we will get this if 201 gets done with other work coming through including lab contracts. The placing for the lab adds value to the market cap so it is positive placing provided it is done at a decent price so no reason to sell. Might even buy more if 201 comes through and placing is above 40p.

Just saying I think the deal will get done based on the statements made including forward looking statements which show TRx must be doing a great job. I also refer back to the last delay RNS and comments made by TRx.

So why would they be looking to also partner with TRx regarding other preclinical work in the future if they cannot even do this and why did they say in the RNS they are looking forward to a successful fund raise. Suzy is also very confident regarding 201.

I think the hold up is the lab. The deal should come this month but is likely to be followed by a placing for the lab. You would want to get the placing done on a spike at a good price not when it drifts back down over a few weeks. It's all about timing on AIM.

I refer back to the RNS from this week. They must have impressed in order to be considered for future deals. You can be certain this time TRx will not want to lose exclusivity so I am confident the deal will get done this month.

201 is not priced in at the current market cap. It's a win-win at this price if you can hold. Could be Synairgen style gap up and we can open well over 100-200% up. Only those in will benefit first for huge gains.

I see no harm in waiting and as I understand it all the main shareholders are doing the same. 10% for options is a bit high if we are where we are in my view so if the deal comes no problem but if not then I think many will think.

We were told before year end so how it can drag on so long is beyond me. I am still confident that the deal will get done. I can see they likely have institutional investors lined up and I think all that will be announced after the deal. Leaving the deal until the last day is also not recommended.

Porky your statements are false and misleading regarding Cenkos and other parts. I absolutely disagree they will just sell for any profit in August. They hardly would sell if the price was 25p 30p when they can possibly get 200p-500p a few years later or still even if they sell at £1 that is huge profit for them. It's a free ride if the price goes up so they will have no reason to sell immediately at a low price.

I think all the shareholders know you sold a large bunch or all your shares so you are not genuine and therefore I doubt anyone on this board would follow what you are saying.

I will hold the vote back until 24 June. If the deal comes before then happy to vote yes on all if not then will vote no on some of it.

With Cenkos in at 22p I would imagine they would try and get the best institutional investors into VAL. That alone could multiply the value of VAL and add in some news then who knows where it goes. VAL will have its day and probably this month.

The statement in the RNS is a hint that things are looking good.
