Well the total amount could be anything. Don't forget whoever invests needs to be able to pay the milestone payments and also maybe for phase 3 if phase 2 was successful. They are also fundraising for other drugs. I would suggest it is not just 20 million but considerably more.

Be aware of Porky posts. All of his posts are negative. He is waiting to buy but does not have funds so wants to keep the SP low so he buy later.

I have a feeling RNS will drop soon. The delay in my opinion is because the total amount being raised is actually very large.

Almost all buys the last few days. I think placing stock has almost all sold so we should move soon. The market cap is just over 6 million with cash and I doubt we will get many sellers below 20p even without news.

They have to fill the placing stock. It's normal but should start rising soon.

Make your own minds up not sure. If true not sure how high this can end up. Seems detailed though.

Maybe funding for phase 2 plus payments are raised for potential milestone payments if it is successful. More than one drug.

Suzy said along the lines they are doing something big and we will know the details soon once announced. Given the amount of time it has taken I would think it would be a substantial amount.

He appears as a banker. Employee of Credit Suisse and why would he keep it a secret? Make your own minds up I have a feeling it is true.

Now, I follow many many stock tips like this on Twitter and none of them have no where near as many followers. Make of this what you will, but I wouldn't want to be out of this over the weekend.

my confidence in the deal is based on knowing the team at TheoremRx. Knowing their industry reputations as well as knowing how they’ve interacted and worked with us. They are a good team, I believe they will get the job done.

Suzy tweeted a bit last night. Good to see some confidence. Deal at 10p what a bargain with huge upside at this super low market cap.

Not much stock left at these levels. Once taken we should start to move up fast back to 20-25p imo. Any news and the buying power may be phenomenal.

2p downside and 60p upside imo. Cash in the bank. A great opportunity.

The directors have turned this into a trading stock by making investors pay and now many feel they are dishonest.

Anyway we move on. A great buy at 10 p. We have so much news that can come and without any news I can see 15-20p in the next week or two. I can see an easy 40 p plus when the deal lands.

You will never get all the answers so either invest or post somewhere else. Things will change 2.5 years from now so trying to predict that far ahead is pointless. We could get to 100p and down again by then a few times.

We are 10p with cash. The deal when concluded will be worth about 50p imo for a phase two cancer drug. We have drugs in the evaluation stage and if one or two get through that is another few million. 301 and 401 despite the slow progress can get a deal at any time.

Last year we were about 19-25p before any hint of a deal and without any of the uni tie up work. Now we are much further having secured a deal which is ongoing and should be completed soon. We also have three drugs that are being evaluated and if successful would add a decent amount to the market cap.

No brainer. 60-70p upside and 2p downside. Risk is reduced now that we have some decent working capital.

It is highly unlikely to drift back after a week or two from here and the buying pressure would increase more and more at these prices with any drift so therefore unlikely to happen.

We should be 35p at the moment not 10p with LOI and a deal that is very likely to happen. Two phase 2 cancer drugs one with a deal. Also we have some results coming from some of our preclinical work which alone could double from here.

I doubt we will ever see 10p again. 6 Million market cap with 2 million cash is a joke so doubt it will drift once the placing shares have been taken. If deal lands then could be one of those 500% rises if we are where we are.

Suzy has spent the last three years explaining they do not do clinical trials and are looking to outsource the drugs by finding a partner to pay for the trials. It may have taken long but as long as 201 gets done the rest is a bonus.

Also it appears you do not under market caps which is the most basic part of investing in AIM.

The triple breast cancer drug if successful should add millions to the market cap which is rock bottom.

Fully funded for over 1 year and about 2 years if Cenkos takes the warrants at a later date and if the deal gets done.

This is a very strong buy from me here. 2p downside and 60p upside in the next 3-6 months imo. Do your own research.

Update on 201 was promised in the RNS. Triple breast cancer news and some TR1s to come. I would say a good buy until 25-30p then it depends if the deal comes or not.

You just need a major shareholder on the board otherwise it's the same old crap. Same agenda. How do you know the SP was not manipulated to be where it is and it had nothing to do with negotiations as this was the intention.

I find it strange three deadlines with a delay including a week before AGM when really I don't think that was necessary. They could have announced the delay at 24p range with a placing at 20p. Therefore a large shareholder should be on the board.

So because they can't negotiate they should hire lots of people to discuss whther to give TRX an extention or not and to negotiate a deal for 401. Porky your having a laugh.

Maybe jusy have Satu on the board and she can negotiate. That way everyone is happy.

We have waited 8 months. I suggest waiting another 4 weeks to see what they can do.

The BOD is buying into the placing so that is positive. We can only build from here but I don't think the Kevin and Suzy partnership is working.

I think they are not working properly and we know they do not care about shareholders so one will have to go.
