I say let us leave BOD alone until end of August. I know it's been long and hopefully they are close. Lots of poor mistakes but we need to move on and ensure we don't keep drifting.

Market cap only 9 million with 2.5 million cash and we all forget how cheap we are. No deal we should be about double and with a deal about 5 times the current SP in my opinion. Confidence will change new board or not so a strong buy.

Buy when others are fearful and although confidence is low a multi bagging opportunity for sure. Don't forget without a deal we were mainly in the region of 20-25p last year and with LOI we spiked at 65p. When the deal is completed it will change the company forever. We have progressed with TNBC drug now in preclinical and a strong cash balance so we should be a decent price.

I agree. The longer this takes the less justification for a 10p placing. If they were days away well it should have been done by now if not and they were much further away then we rallied to about 35p when the last extension was given and remained a decent price until the end. Very odd.

We were told approaching year end in December it was on track now it has been almost 8 months.

Patience is the name of the game but time is money which is why we are where we are and why Suzy now needs to deliver soon. I am sure it will come good.

A great buy at this price though if only my average was 10p and not 20p but it is what it is.

Once financing is complete they will renew the patents after the sub license has been signed over to them. They will get a new 20 year patent and will be bound by the terms of the licensing agreement with VAL. Therefore no problem.

I go based on past trends over the last year to work out roughly where we should be, pending news and likelihood of it and cash balance. The Twitter leak is just a bonus if it is correct.

I still think 2p is the downside from current SP and 50-60p potential upside from the current SP in the next 3 months in my opinion.

Fantastic Tweet from Suzy last night regarding all the speculation for 201. I am sure we are close for them to have done a last minute placing thinking the deal was done. In my view if it was fake she would have denied it especially if TRx were watching. BIG news incoming at a bargain price. First target price 55p.

Further to the announcement of 17 June 2022, the Company confirms that additional details have been received from TheoremRx regarding the progress of its financing round and strategic plans which are subject to review to the satisfaction of the Company.

A further update will be made in due course.

We are getting close to 201 update. We know it will be positive and it will rock the market. Followed up by the completed deal soon.

Buyers moving in. Could it be this afternoon or Monday.

I have a feeling we will get a very big update next week. It was stated in the RNS and if you follow Suzy's Twitter she made it clear progress was significant.

Great time to buy at this price. Risk to reward outstanding with very little downside with a market cap of only 10 millions with two phase two drugs. Really we should be 35-40p before the deal based on trends over the last one year and now we have another preclinical drug.

Patience needed when Val moves it moves fast. Soon we will be in 20s. Proving easy to take down and hard to take up with a low price dilution but on the plus side no real downside here.

Positive update on 201 would be helpful to build anticipation before the actual deal done as we are stuck with traders at this price selling for small profits and need to form a higher base. Also a near date with an update for trial set up if already planned as well would help stabilize the price.

The same guy that was saying we should be 70p before any licensing agreement. Clueless as they come. Manipulative.

Just wants to get in cheaper as no real funds to buy yet. You only have to look back at Porky's posts on VAL last November or better look at his DDDD ramps that went bust.

As per strategy VAL will out license the triple breast cancer drug is successful after pre clinical stage and deals at this stage can be huge.

Sign of desperation and a sign of a strong buy signal.

OB must be working for Cenkos with a target of 236 p but to be fair it's a realistic 2-3 year target but I think 300-400 p is very possible. Just look at SAR it previously had a market cap of about 250 million. We will have a few preclinical drugs with deals coming through over this period and 201 should have completed phase 2b trials by then and if successful then the value of that drug with new 20 year patents will be huge.

Shorter term 50-60 p minimum after 201 funding completed imo. A bargain at this price.

The market cap is only 10 million. Look at other AIM companies SAR and HEMO that have preclinical drugs and the value of the company but we also have two phase 2 drugs. 201 with a deal for phase 2b almost secured and excellent phase 2a results I would say we should be about 4-5 times higher before the funding is completed.

We don't need to worry about whether the drug gets to market as long as these preclinical drugs get passed that phase then we would likely get huge deals and money and our market cap would reflect that. If it does get to market well then you are looking at billions for the value of each drug.

For now much or zero downside or risk over a period of time imo. We should recover to around 20-25p before 201 news and then rocket after that. As more drugs get added into the preclinical suddenly it could well be the most promising bio in the AIM market.

Buy low and sell high and this is a great entry point.

I have changed my thinking.

Vals plans are to out license these drugs after the preclinical stage. I can see this type of exciting novel drugs getting from leading universities getting a deal worth many 100s millions from large pharmas. We will have the results for VAL 201 trials in 2-3 years. So therefore investing here can be a 10-20 bag or lots more quite easily in 2-3 years. No downside at all as long as the finances are looked after.

14p a decent investment here and a few years later quite easily 150-500p imo. Seems great if you want a retirement where you don't ever have to worry about money.

Time we forgot about the old management. Our market cap is only 11 million with a few million in the bank.

Great new preclinical pipeline being built. I have a feeling Suzy will drop news on 301 as well as that has been ongoing and lots of work has been done in the background. 201 we are due an update soon and I am confident they are close to concluding.

Remember we were 65p just on LOI for 201 last year and it's mainly the delays that have taken us so low. At the current market cap the risk is almost zero over 3 months but upside is about 70p imo. With this preclinical pipeline and 201 getting done confidence will really rocket here.

I have a feeling we can get to 50-60p in the next 3 months. Downside maybe 15-20p oh wait we are not even 15p yet. All in my opinion. DYOR.

Meantime, the Company has agreed to extend the period of exclusivity described in the VAL201 Letter of Intent entered into by ValiRx and TheoremRx until TheoremRx has completed its funding round. The Company has reserved the right to terminate the exclusivity in the event that the board believes sufficient progress is not maintained.

10 Million market cap only. We were about 35-40 million before the deal last November. Imagine what the SP will be like when deal gets completed.
