You don't need numerous directors to make basic decisions that one person should be getting right at this level. If a person cannot make the correct decisions as CEO then they should not be running the business not have ten other people helping. You don't need a group of ten directors. It's really not hard to negotiate and make basic decisions that one person should do.

They just need Kevin to step down for now.

Also the directors are buying into the placing. Refer back to the Twitter message by Suzy but I'm sure they will get some options as well. Regardless it cannot be lower than the current SP.

I am aware Nick is buying lots more. Better to buy in the placing or once placing is completed imo.

By the way they cannot raise much cash for the lab at the current price which is why it was not done. 1 year is a long time and lots of news first. Also they will not be be able to get a big loan at our current market cap either. Therefore can I request that you stop going on about the lab. 50 60p market cap is good enough.

You keep going on about the same issues. The board will do what they do and bring in who they want. They did a placing at 10p what you say makes no difference.

It's under shareholder communications under investors on the VAL website.

We used to have monthly updates so forget quarterly it makes no difference. What matters are results and outcomes. All this mess for 201 should have been sorted out during negotiations or before each extension. It's like asking a 2 year old to fly a plane if you don't have the skills then you don't have it.

What happened to the 3 year operational target? Approaching 3 years since she has taken over. Not even one deal over the line and a mess with 201 numerous delays crashing the share price each time.

At the end of the day nothing has been delivered. We were promised an update for PYC work, Institutional investors buying in the open market, 3 deals and a published journal for work done on BC201 many months ago which was imminent. Also we promised a deal before year end or should I say a very short delay if one happened. Market conditions started to get worse in March, April so it should have been done by then.

I never expected it all but even one decent positive news but nothing in all this time. I guess she has given herself a new 3 year target with the lab and 3 years later it will be more new targets once these ones are not successful.

I wonder if Suzy is giving away prizes tomorrow. She likes to give things away at a bargain. MIght turn out to be more of a car boot sale than an AGM.

Taiwan contract once confirmed should take ABDX above 50p with the cash imo. It's all lined up now and with such cash and low market cap it's a great investment.

I can see this being a 100-150% rise today. ABDX has massively undervalued and all eyes were on this payment.

A huge afternoon ahead as I doubt anyone would sell down here. GL all.

News should catch on this is huge company making news. Already undervalued the cash will help the company move forward.

Likely to get news today or tomorrow with an update for 201.

If 201 looks to be making good progress which is what Suzy has been saying then it should move fast to 25-30p despite any delays.

Porky with respect I don't need to know about DDDD products and no doubt you know more. I just spent 2 minutes looking at the financials and I said I would never go near them unless I see clear evidence of funding. Looking at the basics such as revenue, losses and market cap and as the market cap started to drop I could see what was likely as a placing would not support the issues they had for a decent amount of time. No one will keep throwing money at you if they did not think as a business you can survive and Oxford Finance had to do what was on the cards.

A person can do as much research as they like but it doesn't mean they interpret the information correctly.

I suggest the main question you need to focus on with Suzy is whether they plan to provide regular updates for 201 once trials start otherwise 201 deal will start being priced out? Just basic info like trial dates, trial numbers, number hospitals just the standard stuff really. We don't want a situation like 301 where it goes missing for a few years and in this case until trials are completed and I don't trust the current board in terms of fighting for shareholder interests from what I have seen so far so Adam would be a great addition.

Nobody is advising I was interested in DDDD and what happened and read a post relating to VAL.

I have been invested in VAL for 2 years and most of last year without any deal it was mainly in the range 19p-24p without a deal. They had two delays for funding after a letter of intent deal for VAL201 which dropped confidence massively. The price in my opinion is a false down due to frustration and will recover. Frustration can do all kinds of things to share prices. Regardless it should recover from this range and massively with patience imo.

As always do your own research. This board is for DDDD so i'll keep it that.

Honorary Professor and Chief Scientific Officer. He had a senior role at AZ. Also loves VAL201 as the drug is a safe drug and results were very promising. Massively undervalued imo so he invested.

Val is a buy and not a short as the market cap is only 10 million.

I back ABftse. Guys look DDDD was looking likely to go down because they had over 50 million losses last year and the market cap was simply too low to support a placing and pay back the loans.

Valirx was the smart choice because the burn rate is just over 1 million a year. The key part is they out -license the drugs which reduces the operating costs. The SP is very low and the deal for the main drug VAL 201 is very much on despite delays. Market cap only 10 million potential to multi bad so ABftse was actually quiet smart.

Not. The deal will cover the overheads and they should be close. It would only be short term and the SP is already low. I expect good news first maybe 2 good news 30-40p then possibly raise 0.5 million-1 million until the deal is completed.

Ellis did you know Suzy said she will update the market with progress for VAl 201. Also news due for triple breast cancer with a market cap of 10 million.

Your wrong young lad. This is a legacy drug and the drug needs reformulating to make it even more commercially viable. TRx might be less well known but the revenue would be greater here when they reformulate the drug plus it is likely to go through clinical trials quicker.
