Worth noting that over the last 2 years our price has been mainly between 20-65p. This means that a very large number of long term holders are unlikely to sell at a loss or without profit especially at these prices. Therefore we should move to 20-25p in August before the deal and then once the deal comes it will be all to play for and a possible gap up to 35-40p and perhaps to 50p plus if the RNS is really impressive.

A strong buy with hardly any downside here and a market cap which is only 10 million at the moment. We all just need to be patient and add if you like the risk and reward.

Yes but it is all factored in relative to the current market cap which is cheap (9 million plus cash). We probably spent more on 201 and 401 than our entire market cap. It's still a phase 2b cancer drug and should be priced accordingly. Other companies just have one or two preclinical drugs and are valued more than we are.

We hit 74p just on 201 results and opened at 65p on LOI and now we have a triple breast cancer drug in the pipeline.

I agree we will get some sellers but then anything below 30-35p would also bring in strong buys if the deal gets done imo. Many people are waiting for the deal to come as they don't believe and have VAL on the watchlist.

Most importantly if the deal comes it will bring confidence in other deals coming through such as 401 and 301. Therefore 30-40p would be the absolute minimum in my view.

If SAR had a market cap of about 300 million last year then I am sure 40-50 million with two phase 2 drugs one with a deal and another great preclinical drug would seem fair. That is about 50p in my view but could easily be worth more.

It all depends on BOD and how they release the news.

Maybe if we were 40/50p but not at 10p. Then at 9 million you have 2.5 million cash and a cancer drug potentially worth billions with full funding and 301 and 401 and potentially triple breast cancer worth a gigantic deal if it gets through preclinical. We should get to 30p/40p as a minimum but likely much more in my view.

Ideally Suzy should build some anticipation because nothing is guaranteed and we will have some sellers who purchased at the current price that could hold us back. I feel a 20-25p base would be something and would allow people to buy at that level to sell higher creating more stability.

Southern I see no reason why you are on this board everyday and no other stock only one person i know is desperate to buy.

In my view your someone that has no money at the moment and is desperate to keep the price low.

Your desperation to keep the price low is a signal to everyone the value on offer here.

I note previously when I checked a few .months back you were invested in DDDD and also Helium 1. Deramping Val at 40p and still deramping at 11p. Says it all really.

When news breaks soon I expect many 100s % rise so good luck. Gap up could be anything and using a Twitter post to keep the price low is desperation in my view.

At the current SP Val has potential to do 500% in a day. We have seen this with a few AIM stocks well I look forward to poor Southern crying when this moves.

10 million market cap is unreal. We have two phase 2 cancer drugs with VAL 201 potentially worth billions and funding very likely secured to take this all the way. Triple breast cancer could get a huge deal as well inside the next two years worth 100s of millions not to mention 401.

Cash of approx 2.5 million with the deal bringing in even more. Val needs to get to 22p to get the Cenkos warrants into play and would get Val more money. This can only go one way over the next few months.

Aug- Sept 2020 8p to 74p
Sept 2021- Oct 2021 19p-64p
Aug-Sept 2022 15-20p - 60p plus approx my prediction

I see the markets picking up over the next few weeks and VAL should start moving as the MM knows this is worth far more. First move to 15p then 20p over the next 2-3 weeks with a deal around this time as well to take us past 50p.

Our average price over the last year has been around 35-40p so clear opportunity for a big return here.

They need to earn it and not crash the price at the expense of holders without delivering anything of value then giving themselves Options. Play the game fair it will go down very badly otherwise. 25 p Options with hurdles.

This would hold them accountable for taking us down and then building from that level of mid 20 s which is a very low price and generous. At the end of the day we have never been 10 p over the last 2 years or anywhere near it so it is unjustified to award options at that price.

They have a duty to build confidence back and not make it worse.

Southern it has no relevance as we are only 11 p anyway.

If that was true that would make her a very selfish woman who is prepared to destroy us all just to make herself look good.

They should not be allowed Options below mid 20's because most long term holders are on losses not because of market conditions but poor decision making and even with no work over the last two years we are worth more in my opinion. The quicker they take us back up the better for them to get the options they want. Most including them can then make money from that level which would be fair.
