I did almost all of my purchasing 8p-20p 2 years ago and got some more at 10p.

You cannot justify why VAL should be the current SP. Therefore perhaps you should not be coming here as a newbie and telling the LTHs that they are wrong. Anyway enjoy the last two weeks of your school holidays.

Lockdowns you clearly have no clue about VAL. Why do I get the feeling you are buying and selling for a 1p profit. That says it all really. Your posts today suggest you are not invested.

Anyway the market cap is about 10 million. Triple breast cancer drug is already worth approx 10 million. Val 201 Valirx has spent about 15 million and it's a phase 2 drug with successful trial results making it much more valuable. 401 is the same. We also have 301 if that suddenly gets a deal that alone can get us to 50p-100p depending on the size of the deal and if findings are preclinical stage. Potential is not factored in for any of the drugs.

My average is very low and I have been here long enough. I have price targets and not a time target. I know how I value the company and before the deal we should be minimum 40-50p in my opinion. After the deal 70p plus imo but given poor market conditions I can reduce that by 15-20p. Longer term £2 is a minimum if TNBC comes good or a few deals get done.

It's needed to give us exposure and to increase confidence once an RNS is released. If no deal then no need for such a marketing company. A great strategy for shareholders provided they back it up with substance and marketing that generates huge interest in VAL. My gut feeling tells me we are 2-3 weeks away and they are just getting the final touches ready now but it can happen any day imo.

Watch the interviews after the news drops. Could see Sunday Times, ITV shows like Loose Women or Women's Health with millions and millions of viewers. It's all coming with little VAL. Once the deal gets done I still think we could get to £1 in the next 3 months, Cenkos coming on board, Marketing all set up, more projects coming on board, more cash from the deal and if 301 or 401 come good in the next 3 months with 201 likely to come now/Sept.

It's all lined up perfectly. Easily the best buy on AIM imo at these prices. 4p Downside and 85p upside from current SP over the next 3 months in my opinion.

Sporky it's all building up. Can you not see? Why do publicity if no deals are coming? It's like going to war you have to get the weapons before you go in to come out victorious. Everything is in place for the possibly greatest September of all time imo but it can happen anyday now as well. You have no clue what TRX are doing or what the plans are or why it's taken long. My view is that once we find out it will rock AIM that is why Suzy is so confident.

301 and 201 deals are incoming imo. I am feeling that.

I disagree, even TNBC is worth roughly out market cap which values everything else at zero. I have seen hundreds of companies being over inflated on AIM over the years. RMS went from 100s million to almost nothing, Braveheart the same, ODX and so many other companies. That may have been the covid period and publicity created then but now Val needs publicity and if the science and deal come good then £s. Both go hand in hand this will help with good news. What you don't want is news 20p then back down to 15p. We need to get to 50p, 80p or 100p soon or £2, £4 later on and only publicity will do that after news.

Hoosierdaddy we need solutions not problems. We are where we are and we need to get back to where we should be. All this in the longer run will help. WIthout publicity who is going to buy VAL and we will carry on being undervalued? We also know we should be much higher than where we are at the moment.

Money which is worth spending at it will not be a massive amount. Higher SP means better opportunities for new strategies such as getting a few million for assets without any real dilution and greater awareness bringing new projects in or even getting better deals. Shareholders don't want to be sitting at 10p so it's a great move. The same people are always negative without any real logic.

It's all building up to the news. Small steps and September I am sure will be a great month. Also Q and A is likely to come after news or will build anticipation which is why it is great to get in early.

Publicity is what VAL needs. V Formations is very established has 15 years experience and does all types of marketing. We all saw what happened to RMS a year or two ago after a few TV interviews. The LSE chat boards hit about 15- 20 thousand messages a day. They were worth 100s million even before they purchased a mask machine or before any approval. Here we have valuable cancer drugs and women's health is a big topic nowadays.

Now is the time to buy VAL imo. Already significantly undervalued with cash for about 2 years. All positive now just needs news. An update for 301 with publicity for women's health could be great.

Which is why I think once the deal concludes that we will get significant buys from Institutional investors. Look at what happened to SAR previously. We will probably be an over inflated biotec in the coming months. It's always best to get in early here.

So what should they do differently Sporky? I guess you will switch accounts to answer that question saying how they need extra people on the board.

1) What if Russia attacks the UK. What will happen to VAL.
2) What if 201 gets stolen by any potential partner.
3) What is santa takes the role of assistant CEO of Valirx will the SP fall and what contingency plans does Kevin have to prevent Suzy from doing this.
4) Will the cost of living impact Suzy travelling to and from work and will this impact the company?

I know lots of work has been done over the last 2-3 years regarding 301 both with the Japanese and internally. I have a feeling we will get hit with a huge deal from the unknown Japanese pharma which is likely to be Takeda or Astellas as widely speculated. If they were not interested after 2.5 years worth of work why carry on? This is due.

201- Suzy indicated they were close so I am looking at any one of these days this month or before the end of Sept as the big one. Cenkos warrants are likely to come into play very soon this month so I am expecting the price to build to 22p soon to have a decent launch after the deal. They will probably bring some big clients once they take the warrants soon to bring confidence and increase profits taking the SP high past 50p.

Bottom line is we have lots of news due and we are far below fair value before the deal again with decent cash. These are types of situations you always look out for to invest in imo.

I think we will finally break 13p going into the close.

We can then move to 18-24p over the next 2 weeks. We get an update/ Zoom call 25-35p just before the 201 deal announcement. Then a nice strong move to 50/60p.

I can just see this working out well given how undervalued we are. It's all about women's health/Endermotosis nowadays as seen on the front and back pages of the Metro today. Any positive update on 301- Endermotosis which is the hot topic at the moment then that alone can take us up considerably.

It would be great if Suzy came on in a future episode to discuss women's health relating to breast cancer, endermotosis, her vision and where she sees the company going. It's so relevant and a great chance if she can get on.

But despite that you buy In then start being negative so it suggests you see this as a really cheap price.

Suzy stated at the AGM that TRx has big plans and we will find out once the announcement is made. I don't think it's a simple case of raising for phase 2 trials. We will find out but I am suggesting if one is out then they will struggle to get back in at a decent price.

I heard they had more offers for 201 from a reliable source and I am sure they did but picked TRx as they are patent specialists and are likely to help with future deals as stated in the end of year RNS.

@Darkhero has anyone ever told you that you spend lots of time focusing on negatives. If you are invested you should consider changing your thinking or bail out. Don't tell me about ramping as we are massively undervalued at the moment.

The deal is highly likely to happen. Suzy has stated that a really significant milestone has been reached but what that is we don't know. Also note that she also stated significant progress on her Twitter account and granted extension to exclusivity when previously stating she would not give one if they missed the deadline.

My view is that the funding is all but done and it's probably just legal stuff going on to be fully complete. Either way I have no reason to doubt the deal will conclude shortly.

As for the egg on my face. I would think again if i were you. I already stated we should be approx 50p before the deal in my opinion. I have given some justifications for this. Therefore even if it did fail we should still be 50p but I don't see us going down any further from here. We can differ in our opinions but whatever we should not be where we are.

No in my only previous life I captained Braveheart Investments from 25p to 125p down to 60p and back up to 125p inside a month or two where I sold at the top and ran for my life.

The ship here will sail and we are just boarding at the moment. It's all set up but we will not sink once we rise here and I am here for the big return.

I take TNBC at approx. 10 million at the moment which will grow in value over time.

Now you can value 201,301 ,401 at the moment at 30,50,70,100, 200 million whatever but what I do know is that it is not worth minus millions. Note we have approx. 2.5 million cash and expected news rich period to come soon which should see us where we should be.

I would rather have money here than my bank account but that is my opinion.
