The 17 million market cap is very low. We have lots of developments that would be worth multiples of our market cap. I work based on trying to value the company and work out the potential. My minimum target is 50p but I think we will hit 70p-£1 in the next 6 months.
The best part for me is the preclinical developments. We take drugs from leading universities for 50-100k and if successful after 6-12 months they are already worth about 10-15 million and grow in value. We have two more with news due soon after we took on TNBC and new ones will come in.
I will repost Adam's BEARISH opinion on this and then it is clear to see how undervalued we are but this is a previous post and we are now 17 million not 12 million.
Bear case? No worries – I’ll give it a good go:
Valirx MCap – 12M.
- Value of listing (4M).
- Cash Reserves (2M).
- Outstanding (6M).
Partitioned “values”:
VAL201. Financial parity “value” – 30M (SRA737; Sareum PLC).
VAL301. Financial parity “value” – this is the beauty, because there isn’t one, given the total lack of work in this space. Let’s pitch it as oncology, and go with a conservative 15M.
VAL401. Financial parity “value” – 10-15M (PF-06946860; Pfizer Inc. - historic).
KC TNBC. Financial parity “value” – 10M (BVX-001; BiVictrix PLC; I’m being a little unfair on VAL here, as ours is much further ahead, but I’m a bear now).
Two remaining assets – let’s be really bearish, and argue they’re worth nowt.
Financial parity “values” = 65-70M.
VAL asset “values” = 6M.
So VAL201 is worth 3M, VAL301 is worth 1.5M, VAL401 is worth 750K, and KCTNBC 750K. Anything else – nada.
