My take is that at 22p the real business starts. These prices are a joke and the deal yet to be priced in.

Once we hit 22p and once the deal is concluded I think Cenkos will run this stock mad with large investors so they can make a killing from 22p. It's how it works. Strong buy here.

Amazing how psychology works and it shows how cheap we are. A few months ago we would have been disappointed with 14p because we all know we are worth much more even before TNBC. Most of us would have purchased heavy at 14p.

Since the previous highs we have cash for the next 18-24 month, TNBC worth roughly our market cap alone and now options at 25p and 40p. The great part we are all on the same team now. The board will want this stock to do well so they can make money and then Cenkos is in at more than 22p with warrants and they would want to maximise profits.

I feel this is a well planned execution and this is stage 1. We are likely to get the deal soon followed by other news taking us back to 40s-50s and much more longer term. Happy to wait as long as possible as we have no more uncertainty and very secure in every way now.

No lab that was the old strategy. Price dropped and now with options board will not want to get diluted at the lows then they would never get rewarded.

You had long enough to buy Porky. Stop the games buy if you got money if that is what you want. Otherwise you have other opportunities in this market at the moment.

VAL will move whatever happens now as long as the deal is concluded as expected and even if it don't it should still get to 30s-50s range comfortably.

It's obvious he has no money. Ignore him. We have all the big boys in at mid 20s and 40s. Cenkos warrants and Options. No more messing about with the SP as it's going one way from here and that is up. All that with the deal news to come.

The board must know news is due in the next few weeks. We could have a few RNSs and at the moment none are priced in. Strong buy with cash for the next 18-24 months.

The board must be super confident. 40p for a period of time realistically would need to get to 50-60p.

They will pace the news and maybe 301 will also come. They know it.

Wow amazing. Sept was always going to be a big month now the deal to come very soon. Still only 11p.

This is excellent for us at this price. It means the price has to go above 25p and 40p and stay here for a while and eliminates any future low price dilutions. Also with the 201 news due likely this month the best buy around imo.

The options detailed in the schedule below are exercisable only under market conditions that demonstrate growth in the Company's market capitalisation. Band 1 options vest only after the Company's share price has maintained a 20 Day VWAP (Volume Weight Average Price) of 25p, Band 2 options vest only after the share price has maintained a 20 Day VWAP of 30p and Band 3 Options vest only after the share price has maintained a 20 VWAP of 40p within 2 years of the options being issued. If the price has not reached these price targets by 6 September 2024, the options will lapse; if they meet the criteria, the options can be exercised at any date to 6 September 2032 with an exercise price of 12p.

Great RNS. A very strong one at this price as they make no money if we remain here. For it to remain above 25p for some period of time it will have to go considerably above that price.

Deal news anticipated for this month. Very strong buy.

If they did do it at this price why would you even consider investing here even at a lower price. Confidence would be rock bottom and almost everyone would look to bail out. I just don't see the logic. Given the amount of shares in issue then would it even be worth it if they did it here as any ii could sell at 15p-20p. You would make more if you purchased here and if they likely place much higher with a minimal dilution which then gets added to the market cap which then allows Val to keep progressing. I am sure Adam is talking sense to them so for me the deal plus other news then at some point later the lab and only a tiny dilution not the full 20 million. No lab until SP is considerably higher.

It's September and FOMO starts to kick in as news is expected anytime this month. Can't see many trading this with the risk of being locked out until a much higher price. It would be great to move to the 20s before the news but if not then a big gap up is expected.

Based on previous posts. No date given but if not done by the end of Sept we expect action. Either way it's clear from the RNS that things are moving forward in regards to the deal. September is the big one.

Porky stop misleading people. Lab placement will not happen anywhere near this SP.

I see the RNS as a big positive because it suggests the deal will be complete soon. Without the deal I see no lab for the time being.

The way I see it once the SP hits 35-50p they will have close to 4 million cash including Cenkos warrants and money from the deal. Then they probably only need a tiny bit more it could be a 4-10% raise at the correct SP or they can get a loan. The asset would add to the market cap so it would actually be a big positive.

Only one day left until September and we all know Suzy remains confident the deal is likely to happen in September based on info received from Adam. I expect a move up or a very large gap up >100% to reflect fair value.

Not at all. Our market cap is only 10 million not 50 million with decent cash. If we take on one more preclinical out of the remaining two we would look very healthy even without a deal. I have seen others valued at 10 million or much more based on preclinical drugs alone. I still think we can be better than the likes of Hemo even without a deal and we are valued less. We would still have the legacy assets as well.

Note the reason.

One year anniversary for Cenkos and the day they can exercise the warrants. They want to move to 22p over the next days/weeks.

A day of celebrations for them so I was expecting this.

That is the past and we are not 50p or 70p before 201 results. I would hope we reach a more decent level than what we are so about 20-30p range before the deal but whether that happens is a different matter.

The deal if concluded will be the first for VAL. It will change the company and any drops should be met with a number of buys as fair value should easily exceed 50 p imo. If not as I stated this morning Cenkos have warrants at 22 p so therefore at some point I expect Institutional buy ins which will also give confidence to PIs as well. It will make VAL more attractive with the new strategy progressing and with a deal, financial stability, Cenkos warrants and a valuable preclinical strategy. I see no reason why we would not get a number of IIs investing.

That was not aimed at you more towards another poster that keeps asking me how much I am down. Not relevant.

My postings are more aimed at potential investors or new ones as I feel we are undervalued and to try and share ideas. Other LTHs may find me annoying as they might know it already. I can't post to make everyone happy. The more people understand the more likely they are to buy. Not here for attention either like some others as my posts are about VAL.

If people want to discuss the stock then that is fine. This is what the board is for like it or not.

Not sure why I need to declare my holdings or anything else on this board. If we work based on some peoples logic that I am down then you are insulting our largest shareholder who has 20 years experience and has had senior positions for the likes of AZ. Not sure how that can be done without any real knowledge.

As I said just because we are 11p it don't mean that it is the correct value. I am happy to justify my opinion but I am yet to see a single decent post from anyone to justify why we should be 11p. I have been buying enough over the last few weeks since the placing.

I am not worried either but very confident. I believe we will recover and I will also not be selling cheap either. I do my research and block out the negatives and judge the company for what it should be valued at.
