It dropped due to false rumours and people not understanding the US system for drug development but now it should be fine and back to 65p plus after funding imo.

Remember we opened at 65p just based on LOL therefore with funding complete and our first ever deal where will this go. A great buy here imo.

I have seen that or similar statements in many other RNSs. All Aim companies need to generate revenue or mainly get funding from shareholders or loans.

It's a deal or a placing but a deal looks certain based on statements made.

Maybe the plan was to keep the trial set up work going, lab details set up whilst getting the deal out closer to the AGM. TRx don't need to transfer until all parties agree to release to the public . Typical AIM scenario with big news 1 week before the AGM.

Here is likely to be the greatest month in Vals history. A 100p price target by the end of the month with other news also due.

Don't forget I think we have institutional investors coming this month based on the RNS and what would happen if a well known name comes on board. Just a thought.

When we hit 50p plus soon many will regret not buying at these prices. Only 16 million market cap for a phase 2 cancer drug with a deal. Even without a deal it should be worth more than where we are let alone with a deal almost certainly done imo. Downside is very limited and risk to reward favours a strong buy here.

I think the triple breast cancer drug will generate huge interest and buying now is a smart play if one can hold. We should move up as news approaches with 2 news due this month.

It's a done deal imo. We should be heading to 50p even before a deal. Past financials do not matter. It is here and now that matters and with the deal done working capital covered.

Most likely institutional investors but at an agreed price. I don't see it at the current price and it will be later on sometime. The deal then lab imo given deadline is now so close with no extensions but i think most would be ok if it was at 40p plus as it would be an asset and the value gets added to the market cap.

Expected end of year results first. From here it should be all good news. Any dip at the current price is a strong buy as 201 is not priced in yet and it is extremely likely to get done and this will bring huge confidence moving forward. By now they would know the progress.

Also Suzy seemed happy and relaxed with her tweets last night and stated no negative reason why Kevin had stepped down.

Ignore those with fake stories trying to get in cheaper. Not sure where the 20 million figure comes from. No mention of any placing for WC.

Suzy has just tweeted that no negative reason for Kevin's departure. You just have to line it all up and it all looks positive. Easy 100 to 200 per cent rise in the coming few weeks imo. Only risk what you can hold as always.

The probability of the deal has increased significantly. If the deal comes in the morning 60p tomorrow imo if not it's possible we can hit 30p.

TRx have likely had the money or finances agreed for a while. I have always thought that the money was held back by the investors or TRx whilst further work was being done in the background possibly trial setups/patent work. I think that would explain why Suzy was so confident of success before the end of the year but then it was held back because of this work. Otherwise how can she be so sure the finances will be raised so fast. Surely they would have mutually agreed a way forward and get the news out.

Most people leave things until the deadline and work towards that deadline rather than get it done earlier when it is normally possible. Perhaps in this case they will try and get the news out by tomorrow.

That leaves one day only. Sounds like it is being held back.

Maybe Suzy was away yesterday because she had a meeting with Cenkos or TRx yesterday with the deal done and lab set up and other news to come and planning how to release each news or what information to release. We will find out tomorrow.

As part of the supply agreement Arise Biotech also have an option to purchase a further 20 million Abingdon Simply Tests. Due to commercial confidentiality the purchase price of the tests is not being disclosed but Abingdon Health confirms that this is a material contract subject to EUA as described above.

These are likely to be significant sums well into the millions. We should be a 30 million market cap company imo.

The deal would not fail it would just be that they lose exclusivity. The drug still has value and despite a slight dip it would go back to where we are or higher.

Most likely though is that the deal will get done and hopefully with the end of year results. That would change Val for good. Upside is far more than downside which would be temporary and also upside is far more likely.

Subject to the AGM being held before the end of the month.

That leaves a maximum of two days with no delays allowed for the end of year results. It looks like it is being held back to give TRX maximum time before releasing the news. Even if no news on 201 this week it is not really priced in so it's a win-win here with 3 weeks still left until the deadline.

Also triple breast cancer is due anytime this month. Surely a big blue day ahead at this low price.
