This is also something lots of people miss out. The ENCOURAGING results for BC201. Something very promising and big in regards to this. Point is market cap is very low with the promising pipeline and news is also due regarding BC201.

Under development with Black Cat Bio and OncoLytika, the mechanism of action of BC201 has been investigated with a wide range of preclinical tests. The encouraging initial results will be published in an academic journal in due course. These preclinical investigations are being funded by BlackCat Bio Limited from recently secured seed funding and project managed by OncoLytika.

Very positive article. It's a strong buy here and huge news also a week or two away which should send up north of 50 p .

Not to forget market markers opened VAL at 65p after letter of intent for 201 which was a fair price. Once funding is done in the next few days where will this head. Any highs are possible here.

People sold out due to fear but Suzy is confident and everything is on track. Risk to reward is really attractive at the moment. I can see 30p by the end of the week.

301 should move into clinical trials soon as deals for such drugs are normally very large. 401 also a possibility for a deal soon.

Cash flow as stated will be covered by the 201 deal. Yes it is needed but I am confident it will come. Clinical trials are out sourced as part of the strategy.

Any drug that comes good is double, triple where we are now and we know 201 is all but done regardless of a short delay or not. Suzy is confident it will delivered this month.

That would be a few months away. They are still searching for one and until then costs are not known. Likewise TRX could be the one that funds it.

For now it's all about 201 news which is due shortly and up we will likely go to 65-70p. Even if a placing happened after the deal it would be a value adding one and will likely take Val much higher as it is a acquisition. A placing is positive if at the right price and for the right reason. I can see £1-£2 in the next 12 months. Brilliant entry price.

As Suzy stated she does not expect a delay. This is very positive. It's not about everyone selling out once VAL hits 60-70p after the 201 deal this month. It has lots of potential and a great pipeline and I am confident we can hit £1 this year.

Overall exactly what we needed. Love the fact that 301 and 401 are still in the mix and new drugs in the pipeline are progressing. All for 15 million pounds.

Great update. 301, 401 and BC201 are still on. I suspect this is the start of the newsflow with 201 being imminent in the next two weeks. 201 deal is huge compared to our market cap.

Well looks like a decent gap and strong buying soon after given where we are. I would say we can hit 60-65p from where we are but I hope it goes up a bit more.

Either way I will keep most of my holdings as this will be the turning point for Val when it comes.

We should be about 50p before funding. Deal is on for sure and likely on time. TIme to get buying. GO GO GO.

If it was a no deal it would have been announced already so they clearly working in the background. It's either going to come or a short delay. As long as it comes soon we should see a few 100% rise from this level.

@Porky your entire post is mostly misleading. Let me also point out that you say Adam supported a placing at 6p. Let me tell you Adam was not a main shareholder above 3% at 6p. He purchased most his shares in the 20s, 30s, 40s and 50s. Totally false statement. Why would he want a placing at your suggested price and get issued 10s of millions of more shares when he has such a large holding now. No logic to that at all.

Also the circumstances were different for a placing at the level. Val needed support to survive and if the deal fails it may need that again. A value adding placing is different though and should only be done at a decent price.

Your Cenkos theory is completely misleading as well. So the entire post is mostly wrong or misleading.

Porky honestly speaking it's the most deluded thought process I have ever come across if you are invested. Why would any shareholder want a dilution at a lower price and issue double, treble or more times the amount of shares than they need. If the deal comes good Suzy never stated when the value adding placing would happen. It can happen in 3-6 months time after a second or third deal and when the price is 70p-80p. We don't know. I don't see how it can be value adding if it was below 40p after a deal given the dilution factor.

Clearly you have not calculated how much Cenkos would make if Val reached 100p,150p or 200p. They have 5 years to cash out and why would they want to dilute the crap out of this stock because then it will not rise as fast. They are not in this to make a 5p or 10p profit from 22p and I would bet my life on that unless all the deals and new drugs fail over the years.

Anyway you are entitled to have an agenda and a need which is a placing at a low price but I would suggest you don't come here posting misleading messages to create fear. I see no point in trying to make people panic sell so you can gain. Totally wrong tactics we will see what happens.

Not Rahel. Porky imo as wants placing down near the zero mark and has a clear obsession with this strange idea. Check posting history and read previous posts. Rahel cannot write in that way either.

No logic to his points. Point is we are further than we were a year ago before a deal although not reflected in the SP yet.

FYI Val was mainly in the range 19-24p for almost a year without a deal for 201. 201 is still a phase 2 cancer asset and so is VAL 401 and with all the work that is done for 301 it would still be below value at the current market cap of 13 million. We also have BC201 and since last year we have taken on 3 further drugs which adds some potential to the market cap although they are at an early stage.

Therefore even if the deal fails we still have an asset in 201 unless it fails because of the science which I understand will not be the case. We should go back to the same range as last year which was 19-24p. We are still on track to get a deal because we still have three weeks left and no reason to doubt. If a deal comes then looking at previous prices over the last 6 months it would be fair to say 60-70p at least and even then I feel we would be undervalued. Those prices were also excluding funding so once complete it should show greater confidence in the strategy and not just about 201.

Bottom line you can't value a few phase two drugs at zero or only a few million. At this price we are priced into fail and anything less than now will make the company massively undervalued. This is a free ride from here imo.

Waiting for funding for the deal. Funding was delayed and is now scheduled to be paid by the end of the month. Also Russia situation means that we are about 90-100% per cent priced into fail but should be 90% to succeed.

We are about 90% priced into fail for 201 but the reality is that the situation remains the same. Deal is signed and unless otherwise stated the funding will be completed in the next two weeks. Even if it is delayed slightly it should not go down at this price.

Our market cap is only 13 million and even if 201 fails then if we get a deal for 301 or 401 we would at least double from this price. Also we have 3 drugs in evaluation stage so we should be fine. Deal comes through then we are looking at 60-70p with further upside but if it fails then 15-17p range with strong possibilities of a recovery. Upside to downside is not balanced and favours a strong buy.

Buy at this low market cap. Big gap up is likely given the transformational news if Suzy gets RNS right. Remember based on letter of intent VAL opened at 65p. Once funding confirmed why not open at least above 50p.

Go back to DDDD and NYCT. It's a positive sign you are not invested here because I would be worried if you were with your track record.

I am sure progress is being made. We don't know what is going on in the background. People de-ramping the company to get in cheaper. Does not reflect the views of long term holders. They should try and deliver this time but a delay should not be more than a month.

I don't panic sell. Market cap is only 13 million which is unreal. I still think a deal will come good and I would argue a short delay is already more than priced in but still more likely it is not delayed. A progress report for 201 with a short delay could even rocket the SP even the market cap.

These are the times to buy not sell but I am heavily invested at the moment so will see how it goes. Markets will pick up at some point as well.
