No war. Russia holds the cards they will send the UK and the US into recession. Since when have the US ever told the truth. All about energy and oil prices.

We should be in the 50p mark before fundraising so any drop here will be brought into heavily by LTHs so the weak may jump but we may well benefit by finishing blue. Bottom line news is due and big news so we should be moving up here.

Better to complete the deal first. Not worth spending 10-20 million on PYC when we don't have a real income. Probably need a huge dilution for that.

Going for a deal late next week or early following week. Monday would be nice though.

Rahel the name of the game is profit. Still in significant profit unlike you. Did you not buy VAL on a spike in the 50s.

Val will build each step of the way and I see a big rise coming once the funding is confirmed. Given your lack of skills you will be jumping in at 80 p and spend next several months crying just like before.

Not based on news that I read recently. Besides it's a penny stock with 65 million shares and I don't see much of an impact given our price at the moment. Maybe a 2p drop from here which would then go back up if they had a war.

French President Emmanuel Macron has said that Russian President Vladimir Putin told him in their marathon talks a day earlier that Moscow would not further escalate the Ukraine crisis.

He has lost his credibility on this board and i don't think anyone follows what he has to say anymore and is making himself very unpopular as he has his own agenda. He will watch Val fly once the deal comes.

It's something that would be months away as still negotiating. We will get between 1 or 2 deals before then. Obviously if they were to look down the placing route that would be months later it would be at a much higher price. Makes me feel even more confident that we can get to at least 60-70p.

201 to be concluded soon. Could be days away now. Very positive body language.

A different type of crowd will be watching that presentation and that could really help when the deal is announced with some very significant buys.

Anyone with a link to the event tomorrow and timings? I think we will get a clear picture tomorrow.

1) They have been working on a deal for Val 401 for about 6 months now. Could come in the coming days/weeks.
2) VAL 301 lots of work has been done over the last 2 years. A deal with a huge pharmaceutical like Astellas or Takeda can happen over the coming weeks/months and take us to over 100p alone.
3) VAL 201 finalised deal is imminent and worth well over 100 million pounds. 98% likely to happen.
4) 2 drugs well into evaluation stage and news to follow over the next few months.
5) Also BC201 is long overdue.
6) More drugs to be added into the pipeline.

Institutional investors should all be ready to take positions from Tuesday and yet our market cap is only 20 million. No brainer. I expect funding to be completed this month as the delay was meant to be short. Time to step it up or miss out.

So the Cenkos event is on Tuesday. We should hopefully get some more information from it and some confidence back to the share price.

We could get news on Monday but I think the news will be after the event. The institutional investors have got our broker report and now the event on Tuesday will give them more information about Valirx. We then release the news in the following week or two and on this occasion I suspect they will start taking positions in the following days after the RNS.

I am going for a spectacular rise once the the funding has been confirmed backed up by strong TR1s and Institutional buyers. 80 p-100 p by the end of the month is my prediction then settle at 65-70 p until the next news.

I agree and I also always look at the potential downside. Potential downside about 20p if the deal fails but then imo that would be temporary for a few week/months and not forever. I am confident we can get one deal for either 301 or 401 and then we have the outcome to come for the two drugs that were added. We would then hit 40-50 p easily if 201 deal fails and we get another deal instead. The investment would only be a failure at this price if everything failed.

On the plus side we get funding and go to 60-70p . Get institutional investors on board and go to 80-90p. We would then hopefully get a deal for 301 or 401 which would take us to 100-200 p range. Add in a few more preclinical drugs and we would have an amazing portfolio.

Risk 5-10% of 201 deal failure and success 90-95%. If failure then it can be mitigated by a deal for 301 or 401 so overall risk less than 1% long term imo.

A move to the low 40s is anticipated by Zac. Not much sellers here so we should start moving forwards soon.
65p after the deal is anticipated and further if it breaks that level. Seems reasonable.

Perhaps for once they can exceed expectations and get the funding done quickly. Later this month or early next month at the latest and perhaps they can surprise us regarding news about something else like 301. Suzy needs to put her foot done with this TRx or pull the deal. Don't let them mess us around or take advantage .

The payment is likely to be made by the end of the month. Suzy just added extra time should they have any problems to cover herself. Quiet clear in the interview. Lots of people will get caught out and will jump back when Val shoots up.

We should move to the 50s range I see no reason for this drop given the difficult Christmas period.

Don't forget most people are away on trips over the holiday period and it may not be possible to complete the funding so quickly. Everything looks perfect so chill out and they are recruiting. If they had an issue it would need much longer.

Suzy is very confident and this price needs to be taken advantage off and we need to hit 50s again soon. Hopefully the next update can be better with timelines, recruitment size and royalty info. I am very confident and have added decent amount yesterday and a few today as I can see it's noise for nothing once again.

I am totally behind TheoremRx provided they get the cash. The team have the right skills that would be hard to find elsewhere. I am sure given how long 201 has been going that it would have some patent issues to sort out and I think they have the perfect team to bring the best value at the fastest speed given they are financially driven. A decent deal for Val given the patent life could be significant given the team we have.

We move to 301 or 401 and we could get a deal from one of these this quarter. So many possibilities and i am backing the 201 deal to be completed soon so not worried. VAL is worth a top up at these prices.

Next RNS can we have more details please. Royalty percentages, expected trial number, timeframes and anything else positive. Was a poor effort yesterday from Suzy despite the delay.

Never known a company that drops after every single RNS. Where are Cenkos as well. Free warrants for no reason. Anyone can find buyers once you have done the work.

Just purchased another tiny 10k shares to my total. It's very cheap. Any decent news will shoot up from current market cap.
