I wouldn’t be surprised to see it back up at 40p after an overreaction to a perfectly good update. I’ve not been in long, but I quite like the factual style of the RNSs. No fluff, updates have been provided when they said they would and any delays are communicated clearly with reasoning. Nice bit of news about the order and now the anticipation builds towards the POC again.

Might have to shift some cash around if this is kept down tomorrow on nothing more than a delay on an order. The positive news of an order should outweigh a delay. Not forgetting that's not the main news that is due.

Shear, that is just an opinion piece that describes the current situation. It didn't really add much to the debate and personally I didn't find it of much interest. Currently the UK is lacking capacity and in fact the suggestion that there should be a focus on existing testing methods could cause further issues as there are reagent shortages and it would create an even larger bottleneck in the labs. The key is to get the testing out of the labs and in to the home. That is where the likes of Awacta and BRH will come in, but due to the challenges it will take some more time

:-) the 64,000 dollar question. There are a lot of unknowns, tech transfer could arrive any day or could be another month. Validation will hopefully be fast due to the current infection levels and condor finally getting set up and running. Beyond that, approvals and ramping up production in parallel . I’ve no reason not to believe Sir Al when he says this quarter with usage studies happening using the same initial batch and hopefully shortening the time to get to a full roll home out. It’s clear Covid is going nowhere so whenever it arrives it’ll be huge.

The global demand for antigen testing is so massive there’s no concern for BRH even if Awacta get the U.K. sewn up. It’s all about usability and S&S figures. I see the price movement being similar here with rises along with every risk removed. POC is the main one so should see the biggest movement. At that point I’ll consider slicing to get a free ride.

I’d disagree about a 3 month delay as the original timescales weren’t realistic, the same poster said ordinarily development of an LFD would take 2 years so 6 months is astonishing, 3 months would have been ridiculous. Sir Al has been on a learning curve it’s fair to say. He’s now learning about tech transfer the hard way. You make a good point though, the alternative application could reduce the time to market for BRH so they might not be as far behind as it seems

A few of us registered and watched it. For me, the only note worthy thing was the repeated 100-120 per month volumes that confirms we’re central to operation moonshot. There were 121s through the day so hopefully they went well and we’ll soon have some other flooring companies like sequoia interested

Sooner rather than later I’d say. I’ve been keeping an eye out for a while, but obviously not close enough. Thought it was mid 20s, shifted my cash and got in mid 30s. Best now rather than mid 100s :o) Here’s hoping, go on Carl!

Afternoon haha, fair comparison which is a rare event on here. Those posts are normally the start of a cross board WW3. It certainly highlights the mcap discrepancy based on developing in house aptamer. As you’ve said time will tell, as always, it’ll come down to specificity and sensitivity to determine the full potential, but you’ve got to expect a huge chunk of that potential to be realised on the 16th. The progress so far looks very good.

Newbie, a couple of us posted the other day based on mcap comparisons that 4x the current price doesn’t seem unreasonable for a company at successful POC stage. Beyond that, it’ll come down to validation and ultimately sales. Pick a big number and double it?
