Completely agree gje - we've been hammered well below fair value excluding AffiDx. Anything positive relating to diagnostics will make a difference, otherwise I've said similar, the market has adjusted its view to a slower burn for this side of the business. If the uk govt pop up and want to take a bunch, marvelous, but if not there's still a sizeable global market to go after.

Fair value is £2.30 excluding any Covid sales. Don't let the constant stream of lying manipulative tripe on here distract you from that. Whilst this covid debacle is rumbling on, they've transitioned to become a clinical stage biotech. They've also inked numerous other deals that add value to the business.

As noted on this thread, covid hasn't disappeared because Bojo says so. Only 24% have received 1 dose. Only 4 countries have more than 50% of their population fully vaccinated. New variants are emerging. There is still a large and long term opportunity for a perfectly sensitive test in a global market.

The recent, very cautious, valuation of the business excluding the Covid test was £2.30. They attributed 50p to the Covid test based on low production/ sales totals over the next 5 years. We’re currently hugely undervalued. Not that you’d know, as according to the wailing drama queens on this bulletin board, Covid is over and it accounts for the entire mcap.

Nope, because the plan is to wipe them out ahead of a winter rise in cases. Any delay in opening up would have resulted in the spike coinciding with schools/universities going back as it did last year. Creating a summer spike is preferred to an autumn/winter one. They’ll just stop reporting the numbers soon. Consider the pandemic over. It’s clearly not, but it is as far as Bojo and chums is concerned

I completely agree, there is a global market for a high quality test for several years and the capacity if not used by the govt, will be available to use privately. Even at the bottom end of the production range, there will be a re-rate. Anything above that will see the share prices we expected, just as they move in to the clinic. I've been here over a year, still advocating patience, but hey ho, my shares are sat in an ISA and aren't going anywhere.
