RD, given that logic you should be buying today. The whopping discount last time was due to the price leaping up at a rate of 20% a day just before the RNS. We're not in that position so I agree it's more likely to be a smaller percentage. You'd expect that if the plan is to raise following promising AVA6k news then the price would be much higher and so the discounted placing price would be much higher than the current price too. If the expectation is that the news will be good then the best discount you'll get is most likely on offer right now given the recent kicking. Not a bad shout to save some cash as you'll either be able to get involved directly via PrimaryBid if they're kind enough to think of us plebs or await the inevitable prive movement, it's very rare for any placing price not be reached - especially given how leaky it was last time.

Anyway, I'd rather think about the potential of positive AVA6k news than care about all that, the price and any possible fund raising will take care of itself if they're on the road to success.

That bland option is the most likely. I’m not seeing any particular reason for news to coincide with a roadshow. I’m sure they’ll give a nod and a wink as they’ll have some data, but it’s still very early in the trial so I can’t imagine any huge fanfare at the moment. I just hope, as we all do, that the trial is going well and then any future raise will come from a huge position of strength. WaffAl doesn’t mind giving the same presentations with no new content, time for another investormeet yet…

I was thinking that myself yesterday. Regular flu still puts plenty people in the ground every year - why wouldn't you try to avoid spreading it. This pandemic will hopefully have opened people's eyes to the idea of testing when they get symptoms. Whether it's covid or flu, spreading respiratory diseases to colleagues and more importantly people you'd prefer not to kick the bucket can be avoided by a simple quick accurate test. As I've said before, here's hoping when V2 turns up it's reliant on fully tweakable affimers to produce a range of tests that can be adapted when necessary, most likely annually.

The LFD has been completely discounted by the brokers, so the best thing is to do the same and forget about it. The sooner this loses the Covid stock tag and stops becoming a play thing for the spread betting companies the better. As you’ve said just view it as a bonus as the rest of the business is progressing very well.
