PHE has huge market potential in the UK, Europe, the Far East and Australia. In my view (and of course it is only my view) PHE doesn't need to get involved in the US. We don't yet know what sort of trade deal we may get with the US, but I suspect it is unlikely to be very favourable for the UK. But furthermore, doing deals in the US brings potential litigation dangers, just look at Eqtec, and PHE can really do without these sorts of issues, IMHO.

You are right dingo, it's 2 tonnes of hydrogen per DMG unit, so Peel's proposed 77 units should produce a total of 154 tonnes per day, assuming that all 77 DMG units are producing hydrogen of course.

My understanding is that PHE will have a 50% share int the SPV for the first DMG at Protos. I think this was hinted fairly strongly In the recent interview with TY and DR, and it was also stated that taking a share In the SPVs would not be a strategy for the future.

Once the first commercial DMG unit is up and running at Protos, we can expect further units to be built and installed very quickly. Bear in mind that PHE are not having to raise the funds for the capital expenditure for these systems, that is down to the various developers in various countries. So there is no reason why tens of these units should not be under construction at the same time. Also, there will be various manufacturers involved in various countries, so lots of units can be produced at the same time all over the world.

Initially DMG stood for Distributed Modular Gasification, but that was changed one or two years ago because "Gasification" was regarded as controversial, so it became "Generation" instead, which is still a fair indication of what the process does.

Malachi, I wouldn't be too quick to propose a consolidation of the shares. Just about every consolidation that I've seen has resulted in a reduction of the MCAP, hence the SP. At the current level of around 8-10p I don't think that it's crying out for consolidation, until such time as we move up to the main market perhaps.

I agree Mark. there are still a lot of warrants and options that haven't been exercised yet. I would also suggest that I would expect most of these 6 million shares to be sold in the market soon after they are issued on 9th February.

Turner & Pope exercised warrants for 4,895,260 shares last week. They are not investors so they will almost certainly have sold the shares by now, and may even have sold them forward before they were issued. T&P still hold warrants for 9.5M shares by my calculation.
