LedZep: Very useful info, thanks for that. I must say I was a bit puzzled by some recent remarks from the executive, but as you say they are no doubt privy to other information. I just wish we could get a proper clear update that both PHE and Peel could agree on, even if it means that they have to tell us progress is behind what we may have been led to expect.

I agree Rooky, definitely worth listening to the interview. TY is still sticking to the target of early next year for completion of the Protos DMG. I think he also said that site works had started, but I don't know what exactly, and it may be whatever was mentioned back in December with nothing further. Like everyone else I would really like to know what exactly has been done on site, but at the end of the day the important thing is that they meet the target completion and commissioning date.

Bear in mind another important difference is that the EQT project is intended to provide electricity for Toyota, whereas Toyota is interested in PHE for the production of hydrogen in the Far East and possibly globally.

Tatty if you watch the recent interviews with TY and DR you will see what has been going on behind the scenes, and what is still going on.

Yes V-i-s, I'm not sure any more what PHE's share of the SPV is going to be. I had thought that it would be close to 50%, probably a bit less than that giving Peel the majority shareholding, but now I really have no idea what's going on! And I don't know why the Capex has gone up from £20m to £26m.

Thanks NutHazard. I must say I am rather disappointed by the timescale, especially commissioning Q4 2022. Also the cost seems to have gone up even further to £26m. And it seems that Peel are now looking for additional investors to take part in the SPV project? Well that's my interpretation anyway.

At least we ought to see Financial Close during this Quarter.

Peel is now seeking co-investors to construct the project.

I believe that the picture attached to Tim Yeo's tweet is in fact diggers doing site clearance on PHE's site 10B, and it seems to tie in with the map. That tweet was dated 17 December, so that would indicate that site clearance had started in December. That would also suggest that the Google Maps image is well out of date.

You can't rely on Google Maps for this because the satellite images are not "live" and there is no indication when the images were taken. I reckon they are several months old.

Synxs: I believe that quite a few of the items that you raise are already covered, as explained by David Ryan in his interview with Proactive on 23rd March. He also mentioned that a temporary access road was in place, which I must admit was a point that I'd missed earlier.

As I would have expected, BT. As shareholders of PHE, we can only get our information from PHE, or PHE shareholders who may riding their bikes around Protos!

The question we need answered right now is, when will the access road to Plot 10B be laid? And I suspect PHE can't answer that question at the moment either.

PHE are in fact taking an equity share along with Peel in the SPV for the first DMG at Protos. That was the main reason for the latest placing which raised £10M. However, DR stated that this was a one-off and that in future they didn't plan to take an equity stake in the SPVs, just to take their fee of £500k per annum.

I think the first question to ask Peel is why they haven't laid an access road to the PHE site, because that is needed before any bricks can be laid.
But I wouldn't expect Peel to give me an answer to that one, because as a PHE shareholder I have no direct connection with Peel.

They already have a partner and developer in Poland.
