Me too doc. I'm not looking for a quick 20% or 50% profit, I'm in it for the long haul, and I believe that this will be a multi-bagger in two or three years, and beyond.

I seem to recall that about a year ago the "target" was to have the first DMG at Protos completed, commissioned, and operational by the end of 2021. So if they are now saying Q1 2022 then it has probably slipped by about a Quarter, which I don't think is entirely unexpected, given COVID and all of the uncertainties that can befall this type of FOAK project.

But I don't think that's for the production of hydrogen, not initially anyway. I believe it's for electricity.

I agree with Laguna, if they had tried to buy 11.25 M shares on the market they would probably have had to pay more than 0.4p for them, and this way at least the company gets £45k in it's coffers.

Still seems odd to exercise the warrants at this time, when they sill have 2.5 years to run.

telephoneman: I agree with everything you are saying here. I believe that ITM is probably a very close competitor to NEL, and I understand that in addition to using "renewable" electricity off the grid, ITM are also installing solar panels and use power directly from wind farms. Then of course they have their huge hydrogen factory in Europe. It would be interesting to know how much it costs ITM to produce hydrogen /kg now and in the future, but so far I have been unable to find any figures for this on the internet.

It is indeed interesting. I wonder what purity of hydrogen is required for these engines.

I'm not clear what their source of electricity is coming from. Presumably Hydro power in Norway, but that's just an assumption. They are talking about "green" hydrogen, so that must be coming from some kind or renewable source.

Kenny, that's a very interesting slide. It also reminds us that the FOAK DMG at Protos is to be 50 tpd capacity.

Lots of potential opportunities, we just need to get the First of A Kind (FOAK) up and running, hopefully by the end of this year, then the orders (as opposed to MOUs) will flood in.

1. EQTEC's project will not be producing hydrogen.
2. It will be a long time before this project is up and running, so PHE's Protos plant will be operating before that.

ILEO, just to clarify regarding construction dates, in an interview with Vox Markets on 22 January Tim Yeo stated that they don't have a Forecast date for completion of the first DMG unit at Protos, but they do have a Target date, which is to try to get it completed by the end of 2021. H said that of course there will be uncertainties along the way, but they would provide updates as and when appropriate.

It's not PHE who need to pull their fingers out, it's Peel, because Peel has taken on the roll of "developer" in the UK and it is Peel who are going to do the building. Peel are in the process of arranging "Financial Close" for their share of the SPV, while PHE has already raised £10M for their share in the SPV and so that long lead-time items can be ordered.

Also in the RNS dated 14th January it stated:
"The Directors have undertaken the Fundraising to provide funds that they believe will expedite signifcantly financial close of the funding of the first commercial scale DMG installation utilising the Company’s technology, which is targetted to be reached during the first quarter of 2021."
I think this was also said in the interview with TY and DR on 22nd January, but I would need to check that.

Vii / Dr. A: I believe that the plan is for a SPV to be established for the first DMG at Protos, and that the project will be co-owned between Peel and PHE. Here's an extract from the RNS dated 13th January, referring to the placing for £10M:
"Powerhouse will apply the net funds from the Fundraising to invest alongside Peel NRE Environmental Limited. By providing investment for this SPV, the Company believes that financial close will be significantly expedited."

I expect the next important piece of news will be the Financial Close relating to the DMG project at Protos. I believe this is expected during March, but could be wrong.
