I think it is Turner Pope. From the £5M placing arranged by them in September, at 2.5p, they were given the right to warrants at the issue price of 2.5p. This could be some of those.

It's not Peel's warrants because they would be at at higher price.

stokey, the RNS goes on to say "This investment in the Protos SPV will give the Company access to extra revenue via participation at project level on the first commercial deployment, rather than simply as licensor of the DMG technology, and will allow Powerhouse to significantly advance its overall business plan" which is the bit I am referring to.

I has been explained stokey, in the RNS. It's so that they can get the installation up and running more quickly and take a share in the SPV and hence earn profits from the business as well as the annual licence fee.

This will be used to take a share in the SPV along with Peel, so PHE will now earn a share of the profits (probably 50%) as well as the annual licence fee of £500k.

Seems a good deal to me, and it means that they can reach Financial Close on the first DMG project sooner. I always believed that PHE ought to be taking a share in each of the SPVs, but they couldn't do so because they didn't have sufficient funding to do that. Now they can.

Our URU shares will still be the same.

The efficiency factor is not relevant. What is important is how much it costs per kg to produce hydrogen using the DMG process compared to other processes. It really doesn't matter what % of energy is lost throughout the entire process so long as the end result means that the net cost of producing hydrogen is viable.

Tyson, Poland has nothing to do with it. The funding for the DMG unit is being sought by Peel, not by PHE.

I believe we are waiting on an announcement that Peel have secured funding for the first DMG unit at Protos. But I don't know when that's expected, could be any time I suppose.

I agree entirely!

I don't see this as negative for the company nor for David Ryan. And indeed I see it as positive for the first Peel DMG installation. David has undoubtedly been a breath of fresh air for PHE during his tenure as CEO, but his strengths clearly lie in the technology and engineering side, so it seems to me that it makes sense to have someone of his calibre focus on the construction and installation of Peel's DMG units, and success in that area will of course benefit PHE enormously.

I really don't see this as David Ryan being pushed out or sidelined, I think it is making best use of the available skills, and I have no doubt that David will be happier in his new role. It will be interesting to see what sort of skill set the new CEO will have when he arrives.
