With the news in today's RNS I would have expected the SP to move up, not down! What on earth is the market looking for from this company?

And a crazy 11% spread!

Just for the benefit of those who still insist that the FTU has been a failure, here are a few extracts from todays RNS:

“The final commissioning of the FTU at the Powerhouse Technology Centre was a major milestone for the Company.”

“A significant number of qualified leads are being followed up following the successful launch of the Company's Feedstock Testing Unit, with a number of client visits completed as well as successful tests on client waste undertaken.”

“Feedstock Testing Unit (FTU) completed with test results successfully verifying a number of waste streams, including specific wastes for interested parties.”

“Completion of the FTU is enabling the Company to accelerate the development of commercial applications for its technology through site visits and interest in providing waste testing.”

“… whilst further maximising the benefits of having a fully operational technology centre…” 

Of course some might still want to claim that the BoD are lying.

Just for clarification Divvyup, it is intended that PHE's kilns will produce the syngas which will be passed on to Avioxx's process to produce the SAF. PHE's technology does not produce SAF.

Three projexts being worked on that we know of, maybe more that we don't know of:

- NH2 Austrailia

- Ballymeda, Northern Ireland. PHE already has LoI for hydrogen offtake. Hoping to hear sortly that planning application has been submitted.

- Avioxx. PHE to provide syngas to Avioxx for their fuel system.

The Ballymena installation will be based on hydrogen production because they have a Letter of Intent from B.S.Holdings Ltd. for hydrogen off-take. And yes, I am aware that a Letter of Intent is not the same as a contract, but it's a start!

RH, I've seen nothing about 30 days relating to the issue of RNS significant news.

As I explained in my previous post today "A closed period runs from the first day of a quarter until the day of the announcement of the results over the preceding quarter. Generally this covers a period of 30 days for each quarter." That has nothing to do with the release of significant news that could affect the SP.

If they were not aware of the signifiant news item at the time of the share transaction, then there would be no problem as they wouldn't have done anything wrong. EG if a customer came along with an order for an FTU earlier than expected.

Just for clarification:

This rule relates to the release of results, not to the release of significant news eg contracts or orders by RNS.

RH:

"If an RNS was released now, questions would be asked, so I assume they would just follow protocol to avoid any unnecessary agro."

That's not right. They can't hold back an RNS. If significant news comes about, they are duty bound to release it asap. And if the news is something that only became known after the director bought or sold shares, ie not known at the time, then that's not a problem.

A director cannot buy or sell if there is undisclosed inside information, such as news of a possible takeover or a major contract win or loss. I don't expect there is any such undisclosed information at this time, so I can't see any reason for restrictions, nor for the assumption that an RNS could not be released right now.

There is no reason why an RNS could not be released at any time with news of an order or some other significant news, provided that news was not known to the director at the time of his/her share transaction.

So it is wrong to say that we cannot expect a significant RNS for another one or two months.
