I don't know why posters keep suggesting Howard White selling is causing the SP to drop. He actually owns very few shares in PHE. It's possible that a family member is selling, but HW doesn't have enough to affect the SP.

If someone is shorting PHE, surely it would show up under the tab on here "PHE Short Positions"?

Here's what I don't understand, if this system is the best in the world, which I believe it is, and can detect various types of cancers from simple blood tests thereby avoiding the need for biopsies, why on earth is Angle not selling £millions? They should be able to capture the market! The NHS should be using this system throughout. Is Angle just useless at promoting and selling their own product?

Howard doesn't hold very many shares, 0.73% actually. The entire White family hold 15% according to PHE's web site, although that may not be entirely up to date.

Yes Engsolve has external revenue and I believe that is increasing. PHE pays Engsolve for engineering work that it does for them eg installation of the new plant at Bridgend, but I don't think that has anything to do with tax benefits.

There is no fundamental reason why this company should be worth 6% less today than it as yesterday!
