It would be interesting to know what questions shareholders intend to put to the AGM. Below are the ones that I have thought of so far, although I won't finalise my list until towards the end of next week before submitting it:

What is the anticipated timeline for the first DMG unit i.e. start of construction, completion, and commissioning?
When do you expect planning applications to be submitted for subsequent DMG installations, and indeed when do you anticipate that the next batch of DMG units will be built?
Are you looking for a corner-stone investor (apart from Peel) and if so approx how much in terms of % or £.
Is it your intention to take a share in any future SPV DMG projects and if so roughly what % share?
Have you (or Peel) identified building, manufacturing and installation contractors in the UK?
Has PHE identified “developer” partners in any overseas locations?

I believe they will be using a form of Archimedes screw for the feeder, but can't remember where I read that. Presumably that's the same as a cyclone feeder?

He was made a director of PHE after the takeover, and I thought that was for integration. I'm not sure why they need a deputy chairman. Still, I'm sure they have their reasons.

I think we need news that Peel have sorted the financing and have signed up a building contractor. I'm really pleased that the SP has held where it is at the moment in the absence of that news. But all of that is still to come, and when it does I expect the SP to move in a positive direction.

DD77, would the RNS say "in discussions" if they were considering a placing?

I'm not aware of any prospect of a placing. The RNS stated: " The Company is in discussions regarding raising further finance..."
