Now that Peel is the developer, the timeline for construction and commissioning of the first DMG will have to come from them. It will probably be announced to shareholders by DR, but it will have to come from Peel in the first place.

I see that the "Fundamentals" on this site have now been updated and showing Shares in Issue 3,515M and MCAP £130M.

LedZep: Section 11 of the document ent states:
"The Company and each of the Locked-In Sellers have entered into a Lock-In Deed (which is conditional on Admission) containing certain restrictions on each of the Locked-In Sellers regarding the disposal of their Acquisition Shares following Admission including a restriction on disposals of any interest over any Acquisition Shares held by them for 12 months following Admission and, at the end that 12 month period, orderly market restrictions for a further 12 months."

In particular I note: "...a restriction on disposals of any interest over any Acquisition Shares held by them ..."

It says a restriction over any Acquisition Shares, so the 87.5% allowance has gone. But bear in mind that some of them already held PHE shares which obviously cannot be included in the restriction, only the shares that they obtained through the acquisition, so they are free to sell any shares that they previously held.

Possibly a seller lurking in the background.

Does anyone know the situation regarding W2T Thai? I gather that this company is no longer part of W2T, and hence is not included the takeover of W2T and is not part of PHE. Does it have exclusive rights to the development of DMG systems in Thailand?

If the share price stays around 4p or higher, I wouldn't really see a benefit of a consolidation.

Wolves, you are correct of course. Approval was 99% of votes cast, not of the total eligible votes. Still significant, and very few votes against.

So there we have it! We are now the proud owners of W2T, and the enlarged PHE group of companies! It's onwards and upwards from here, exciting times.

I was actually pleasantly surprised to see the 99+% approval, bearing in mind the angst about the "price" that was been paid when the announcement was made in December. Anyhow, that's all behind us, and now we can forge ahead.

Incidentally, regarding the heading here, this was not the AGM, that is still to come, this was a General Meeting or EGM.

So by the time they are allowed to sell any of their shares, we should have several DMG units up and running. Anyway, if Howard is to be believed, it's not their intention to "make a quick buck" but they intend to hold for the long term.

Aries are using Fluidised Bed Gasification. That's not the same as PHE, nothing like. I believe it's also different fo EQT, but may be wrong.
