Yes I agree Bumble. That would certainly be welcome news. Pomander - I must admit I don't follow your logic. Planning permission for the site at Protos is critical for the siting of the first commercial G3 unit. Events that will follow planning permission are (not necessarily in this order): > Signing of the lease. > Breaking ground at the site. > Construction of the facility. > Contracts for supply of feed-stocks > Power purchase agreement. > And ultimately, start-up of the first G3 unit. First of many!!

I expect the next important news will be confirmation of the planning permission, which KA said could be about the middle of May. When that is confirmed, then all of the little ducks will start to line up in a nice neat row!

So many questions! I'm sure dolphin will let us know the answers when the company responds to his enquiries.

That's it in a nutshell. A company must always go whatever route is most likely to produce the best outcome. For an established company that may not always be an easy change to make, but for a company still at the development stage it makes perfect sense to me to make as many strategic changes as may be necessary to maximise shareholder value.

The W2T states that each unit will produce 1.5MW, if I've read it right. While the FuelCellsWorks statement says "The PowerHouse process converts 25 tonne of plastic or rubber waste into 1 tonne H2 per day and 28 MWh per day of electricity." So which one is right? Or am I just misunderstanding what's being said. Actually 28MW seems an awful lot to me. That's about how much our local power station produces.

When PHE produce a fully operational commercial unit later this year (or even early next year, no matter) have you considered what kind of heavy-duty equipment you may need to remove the huge deposits of egg-on-face that you will have accumulated by that time?

"...nobody believes Phe wil be unveiling anything this year or any other year." Wrong again pomander! If that were true, then the SP would not be where it is, it would be zero. Peel would not be offering PHE a lease (subject to planning permission) and companies like Wrightbus would not be entering into a MOU with them either. And they would have been kicked out of Thornton Park a long time ago. So it seems to me that some very important and influential people actually do believe in them, even if you don't.

I believe that some brokers are more likely to allow this practice than others, so it may depend upon who is working the placing. But I don't know enough details about this practice.

Hi BumbleB: It seems unlikely that we are going to get any sort of update before this Friday, so I may as well give you my contribution to the questions now, FWIW. I see that many of the questions put forward so far are related in some ways, so hopefully it may not be too difficult for you to consolidate. Clearly we don�t want to put too many questions to them as the answers may then be diluted, like the SP! So I will only submit one more question, for your consideration: : Is it still the intention to deliver a fuel cell to PHE at Thornton Park, and if so when is that likely to happen? Why has there been a delay as delivery was initially expected in Nov./Dec. last year. In addition I would like to endorse some of the questions raised already as these are the ones that I regard as most important. the numbers are taken from your post dated 29th March: 4 Communication with investors. 5 Product development, timelines. 7 Alkammonia project timeline. 8 Commercial manufacture, timeline. 12 Project funding. It seems that many of the questions arise because of the lack of timely updates and consequently these questions relate to timelines. It�s a shame that Bond has let the QNLs slip, and in particular the milestones. These gave investors a good idea of what was going on, or at least what was intended, even if some targets were missed. Perhaps Bond felt that it was putting too much pressure on himself, and that he didn�t want to be held to account. As he is effectively custodian of the shareholders� investments he ought to be held to account, and perhaps he needs to be reminded of that. Thanks for taking this project on board.
