The question is, pomander, where did you get your �10M and �15M from? Answer the question instead of trying to divert attention by asking another question. That's what my wife does. And as far as the funding is concerned, that's what we have management in the business for, to resolve those sorts of issues. Do you think they are all sitting around a table waiting for posters on this BB to tell them where to get the funding from? Yes that's another question. Now, where did you get the �10M and �15M from? Or are you just trying to mislead people who may not have done their research very thoroughly?

Pomander you got this wrong before, and I put you right then as well. The cost of a basic 25tpd G3 unit is �5M not �10M. The extra �5M is only required when they want to add the equipment to purify the hydrogen for use as a vehicle fuel, but I understand that the first commercial G3 unit will only be producing electricity, not purified hydrogen, so the capital cost should be �5M and not �10M. And I noticed that in one of your recent posts you had further increased the capital cost to �15M. Where did that come from? Perhaps tomorrow it will be �20M?

The Eddison report was issued on 12th February, and the "dilutive" placing that was mentioned took place in April, so the placing that they were referring to has already happened. No need therefore to suggest that it is going to take place in the future.

Quite honestly, dolphin, I don't think Tresoil bothers most of the LT investors here one way or the other. It certainly doesn't bother me, not one jot. If it turns out that you are right an Tresoil isn't a viable partner for PHE, the so be it. There will be other partners, other opportunities. I'm quite sure that thoughts about Tresoil isn't affecting the SP one way or the other at the moment. Apart from all the noise, the only thing that is important at the end of the day, is whether the commercial G3 unit does what it says on the tin when it is built. If it is proved to work as intended, then PHE will be a huge success and all of us LT investors will do very well, thank you. If it doesn't work, then we will all lose our money. It is as simple as that, and we will know the answer later this year or early next year.

I agree jabberba. We may get a bit of a lift now and again e.g. when we get news of the planning permission, and at various stages during the site construction and building of the G3 unit, but I'm not really expecting any substantial rise until the commercial unit is running, tested and proven. That may happen before the end of this year, but allowing for slippage it is more likely to run into next year, IMHO.

It's true that there is a lull in news at the moment, but I think we were probably expecting that at this stage. The next news due to come shortly will be regarding the permissions and completion of the FEED engineering, which KA said some time ago he hoped would happen "in about 45 days" which should materialise around the first week of June. So there is not much that can happen until they get the planning permission, completion of FEED, and signing the lease for the site. I hope all of that is imminent.

When explaining to our readers about the Directors' shareholdings, dolphin, it would be appropriate to also explain the current situation relating to the Directors' share options, and also the level of PHE Directors' salaries compared to the sort of salary levels that some other AIM companies pay to their Directors. That is if you want to tell the whole story. Otherwise some readers might get the impression that you are trying to give a biased view, and we wouldn't want anyone to think that, would we now?

Yes, I agree that caution is required. This venture is not without risk, as indeed is the case with the development of any new technology, so we will have to wait until the commercial unit is built, up and running, and tested, before we know for sure. Nevertheless, I have confidence in the management that they will be successful in making it work. I think it was a wise decision to scale up to only 25tpd, and I would be less confident if they were scaling up to a much larger model. Perhaps that is where some others have failed.

The thing about scaling up from say 3tpd (the prototype) to 25tpd ( the commercial unit) it's not such a major jump as one might think at first. If you double the radius of the chamber, and double its length, then you will have increased it's capacity (volume ) by a factor of 8x. If I'm right, and if that's what it takes, then the scaling up doesn't seem to be quite so onerous.

Price of diesel where I live �1.37 /litre, petrol �1.35. At this rate PHE will have no trouble producing hydrogen to match the cost of diesel!

Where is all this ramping that you keep banging on about dolphin? I haven�t seen any SP ramping on here today, by me or anyone else.

PHE�s prototype at Thornton Park operates at temperatures of 1200C proving that the technology works at that ultra-high temerature levels. Other gasification systems operate around 800C. KA has claimed that no other system can currently operate at the same high temperatures as PHE. If the technology was as easy to copy as some claim then it would have been done already by someone with more resources and money than PHE.
