I agree Bumble, but it's important to counter any negative misleading comments that are made. It's important that any newbies or passers-by (or even regulars) get a balanced view, so sometimes it's necessary to jump in with a counter argument.

I see the sceptics are out in force today, and early too. Their arguments seem to be dropping off one by one. They said that PHE would never be able to raise funding for capex to build their commercial G3 units and would therefore have to go for dilutive placings. It seems we can now cross that one off the list. Next!

It will be interesting to discover who the major EPC company is.

Hi Bumble, didn't see your post until after 7pm. Afraid I don't know the answer, but I suspect it will be by burning syngas, unfortunately. It would be good if it was to be using fuel cells, but of course we haven't heard anything about that from either PHE or AFC for some time. If anyone is going to the Investor Show tomorrow, would it be possible for someone to please ask this question?

I don't actually know of any definite rules, but applying a bit of logic, the rules apply to directors but as far as I know not to any other employees. A director designate is not actually a director, not yet, so my take on it would be that the rules wouldn't apply to him/her until he/she actually becomes a director. Makes sense?
