You are absolutely right, jabber, the directors have a huge incentive here to make things work. Unlike the directors of some AIM companies, these directors are not taking eye-watering salaries out of the business at this early stage of its development, and I very much doubt if they are super-wealthy individuals who could afford to invest large sums in share purchases. Of course, they don't get the share options for free. If they decide to exercise the options they have to pay for the shares.

Perhaps a point that should be made, if the market really believed that the company is a "dud" as some would have it, then surely the SP would already be at zero. Which it isn't. I would suggest that the market is simply treading water, waiting to see what happens next, as indeed most of us are.

As I stated in my previous post, I am confident that the 25tpd unit will do what is expected of it, and I am a supporter of the company and of KA. Nor have I criticised the company's paperwork skills. But I won't suggest who I think you are confusing me with, I will leave that to your own research.

I agree BumbleB, and although I am fairly confident that the 25tpd unit will do what is expected of it (if I wasn't, then I wouldn't be invested here) there can be no certainty until as you say it is built, operating, tested and verified. I suspect the market in general has similar thoughts, which would explain why the SP is sticking around where it is just now. Listening to KA's latest pod cast there seems to be a delay of up to two months for completion of FEED, and hence the permissions, beyond his previous estimated timeline. That could mean that we may not see the 25tpd unit at the tested and verified stage until into next year, as opposed to during 2018, although KA hasn't categorically stated that. Personally I don't regard a delay of about 2 months as a major issue, except that the company may run short of funds if things drag on. My main interest is in the finished product, and if it works as we hope, then a few months is neither here nor there. KA mentioned in the pod cast that there could be some news shortly. Something to look forward to!

It certainly is an eye-opener, but really I'm not surprised because I've suspected for some time that something like this was going on. It really is disgraceful that we are sending our rubbish half way round the world for some other country to dispose of it. The quicker PHE can get its commercial G3 up and running the better.

Posters on here are only aware of any info that has been made public, so none of us know any more than the general public. So no point asking questions on here if the answers are not in the public domain. No-ones being defensive on here, just telling it as it is.

Sounds to me that there is a bit of delay. Completion of engineering in about 30 - 45 days, which I reckon puts it behind his previous estimate by about a month and a half.

We will know about the funding all in due course. I don't know why pomander is so concerned about it, he's not even an investor.

It may be good PR but not the RNS I was hoping for i.e. confirmation of permits and completion of FEED.

That's my understanding as well, reece. I believe their concerns relate to gatherings of students such as in classrooms, but the industrial / technical research parts are probably OK.

Why are you rubbing your hands with glee at the prospect of some private investors losing their savings if this project goes wrong? Well, I hate to disappoint you pomander, but this project is not going to sink as a result of this bit of news, but if it makes you feel happier to believe that, if that is the sort of thing that makes you happy, then I fell sorry for you.

Even if the PHE facility at Thornton Park had to be closed down (which I don't believe is the case) I don't see why that would have any detrimental impact on the construction of the first commercial G3 unit at Protos.
