No I don't, telephoneman, because they are still developing the 3rd generation units, hopefully ready for the market later this year, and at the moment they are fairly tight-lipped about their costs. But looking at your estimates, I can't see ITM being able to move off the national grid any time soon. ITM have already installed several hydrogen delivery points at Shell filling stations, using the grid's electricity of course, but Shell and/or the car manufacturers must be subsidising the cost of the hydrogen as I believe that they are selling to the customers at about �10 per kg. And I'm sure it costs more than that to produce.

So what you need is a windmill on location, and lots of solar panels on the roof, plus a big vanadium battery which can be obtained from REDT, in whom I already hold shares!!

Perhaps that contact should really come from a PHE director?

it's understandable that investors (i.e. the market) are holding their fire at the moment waiting to see how this progresses throughout this year. Although there is tremendous potential in this company if /when the commercial G3 is proved to work and do what is expected of it, there is nevertheless risks involved because this is a development company with new technology. I believe that the SP will improve when planning permission is granted, when the lease with Peel is signed, and when construction starts on the site. Later in the year when the first commercial G3 becomes operational, then I would expect to see very significant interest from big investors and a substantial rise in the SP. But of course I wouldn't want to try to forecast any figures. It really all depends upon the success of the first commercial G3 unit, and I have faith in the ability of the management team to make it work.

I think the next really important news that we're waiting on is the planning permission for the site. Until we get that we can't really move ahead with very much. After planning permission, which I believe KA said he was hoping to get about mid May (nearly there) we can complete the signing of the lease with Peel, and then get digging.

Not sure how many G3 units will be needed to clean up Port Talbot!

Of course we have known this for a long time, but it's worth repeating to remind ourselves that it is this feature that makes PHE unique. High temperatures of 1200C plus, whereas other gasification systems tend to run at 800C.

Please do not insult them, and do not accuse them of anything, because that only gives them the excuse to come back at you. As we have seen over recent days.

It's very simple: We are all invested here because we want to save the environment. Our friends spend their lives posting on here because they want to save us investors (from ourselves). Everybody wants to save something or someone. I want to save some money!

Just to put the record straight with regard to the placing, AFC's RNS dated 14th February 2017 stated: "...will be used to support the Company on its journey to commercialisation, and specifically for: � delivery of its commitments under the Company's joint development agreement with De Nora S.p.A. ("De Nora"); � business case development with De Nora; � scoping study completion with Peel Environmental Limited and other third parties in advance of any potential project deployment; � funding the ongoing operation of the Company's demonstration plant at Stade, together with ongoing testing costs; and � general administrative expenses and ongoing working capital.

As we all know, it is the responsibility of Yady and Renewme to disclose their own percentage shareholdings, nothing to do with PHE or the shareholders on this BB, so I really don't know why some people keep on bringing up these issues on here as if it was a criticism of the company.

Even if he was selling, vxr, it is nobody's business but his own. He can buy or sell as many shares as he likes, same as you or me.

And whose business would it be if he actually did sell some shares?

My thanks you BumbleB and to everyone else who attended the AGM and posted feedback on here. I was certainly aware that we wouldn't get answers to all of the questions especially those that related to sensitive info, but I do believe that the exercise was definitely worth doing as they are now very much aware of the kind of things that the investors want to be told about. I don't really like the idea of losing the QNLs but let's face it, they have been sort of falling apart recently anyway, and we now realise that in the past they were perhaps not entirely trustworthy! So if we can be assured of getting RNSs whenever there is something worth reporting, and no b'sh't, then an Interim and Full Year Report will have to suffice, I guess.

Could it mean that they really believe that these are 4-year electrodes, but that as they haven't completed the longevity tests yet they can only legally attribute two years to them, but shortly they will have enough evidence to call them 4-year electrodes? Just a thought.

Hi Dodger: The following was posted on here by balman on 18 March after he met KA at the Investor Show: His (KA's) enthusiasm is real, he is very passionate about the firm and what has been achieved so far and what it can achieve. I asked him what the next crucial steps were, this is what he said: 1) Awaiting planning permission (he�s hoping within the next 2 months but reliant on local council). He says the relationship is very good.) 2) They are finalising orders for the parts suppliers 3) Funding � he�s looking at different options and will choose the method that best fits the company and shareholders (trying to avoid further dilution if possible).

I agree Newboy. We now know the market is there and that interest in hydrogen is growing by the day. We now need to concentrate on the actual product and get the first commercial G3 unit up and running as soon as possible. Personally I would now like to hear more about progress on this front, timelines, and more details about testing and verification as we go along.

Or next week if they haven't come across with satisfactory answers by then!!
