Also, I have a very strong feeling that they have no intention of seeking a Nomad and that they are steering us headlong towards de-listing. Sadly I've been there before on more than one occasion! I have no idea what they would have to gain by doing that, but it certainly seems to me that that is the route that we are going. And when they come with a daft excuse for not being able to get a Nomad, it all seems very fishy to me.

Why is the reason that they want to get rid of the Chinese directors? I haven't sen any explanation from the BoD for this, perhaps I've missed it. But I don't understand how they expect shareholders to be in a position to vote on this issue if we haven't been given the reasons for it.

That's really a rather silly question, son, if you think about it. Why would the CEO say that he will be able able to sell hydrogen at a certain price per kilo if he hadn't included all of the costs in that price?

Who suggested that the hydrogen economy is irrelevant to PHE? I haven't come across that suggestion before.

Although not directly comparable, it's interesting to read ITM's half year report. They are getting grant funding for their capital projects i.e. establishing hydrogen filling stations, and I suspect the delivery of hydrogen to vehicles is also subsidised. So although they have a growing number of installations, it seems they have quite a distance to go before they become truly profitable.

So although it's not quite the same as PHE, it is nevertheless interesting to be aware of what else is going on in the hydrogen-for-vehicles industry.

What gave you that idea SoN? Why wouldn't they be able to produce a steady stream of hydrogen once they have their commercial 25tpd unit up and running?

Interesting that the Japanese don't seem to see a problem with either the storage or transport of hydrogen, although that has frequently been put forward as a potential major issue relating to hydrogen being produced by PHE.

I agree with talkscheap, and was about to post the very same myself! I don't believe it has anything to do with second language, but more to do with careless typing and lack of proof reading!

It doesn't say who's supplying the hydrogen fo the Wrightbus buses.

Thanks guys. Yes I thought the operating temperature was probably the most important advantage for AFC, and of course lower costs as a result of that, but I wasn't sure about the efficiency rate comparison. I suppose that FJ's reversible function could be a considerable advantage for some customers, depending upon what exactly they wanted to use the fuel cells for, but not necessarily for all customers.

Horses for courses, really. Plenty of requirement in the market place for everyone!

I was just about to top up another £5k when they put up the buying price from 4p to 5p, and margin nearly 40%, so I thought I'd hold back until after New Year!

I really don't understand how these stupid errors in RNSs slip though the net so often. Doesn't anyone with a bit of common sense do any proof reading these days?

I agree stokey, I think that W2T was being just a little bit naughty, and the reporter did a very poor research job.

Nevertheless, I like to think that this is moving towards good news, and an indication that something game-changing is about to happen.
