Covid was a completely freak event. Our non covid revenue is less than it was when we were 12p a share. We have no future strategy.

Freak or no freak they hit the numbers so it seems fair game. Ultimately they could have bit the numbers in an unscrupulous way (dhsc dispute) but that’s another question.

The current LTIP is a complete joke and no chance of achieving so we need to understand more about what they’re playing at with that

And if we lose, we’re still on the hook for the LTIP which would have been achieved fraudulently by the old guard. Where there be any possible redress there? They can’t walk away with £19m for fraudulently inflating the SP, surely?

If we ended up with 35-45m in cash that’s a SP of 49-63p, which is fairly disastrous for pretty much everyone on here. Losing the dispute is catastrophic in every way, shape and form.

The last sentence sums up the shambles that they are as they’ve missed out the word ‘doubt’.

We’re the only ones who need an out of court. They have all the time and resources, why would they settle for less than 100%?

Ask yourself if you think stock markets (not just AIM) are clean and whiter than white? Bereft of corruption etc. Now ask yourself if all humans, regardless of their career/role, are whiter than white and bereft of corruption..
