Corrupt market, incompetent gold digging management and flash in the pan demand. Tragedy for those of us underwater, valuable lesson for anyone thinking of punting a corrupt market with corrupt and clueless management teams.

Agree kaeren but the vip lane is completely tarnished with corruption and sleaze. People are swayed by tabloid style headlines and any link to such is horrendous publicity. No one will read further than “all 50 companies bad” and then move onto the next sensationalist story of the day. However, mud sticks, which is a problem. And there will only be more and more and more uncovering of Tory corruption. Maybe that’s good in a way as there is so bloody much of it that this may get lost in the avalanche and sleaze stories and investigations.

Just when we didn’t need any more bad news and publicity. Could this finish us off?

This is just a huge AIM learning curve for us all. If you can nick a quick profit, get in and out. We’re all complete mugs thinking this is going to recover. New lows every day. Disastrous announcements from the company. Then no announcements. How are we in the 9th month of the year and have no idea what the strategy is? Weren’t we getting a strategy update in April?

Why, oh why, are the directors not absolutely loading up at these prices if they (who have loads of dispute info) are as confident as some here (who have next to no dispute info)?

“We will win this case” is a very strong title for this thread. I’ve never done similar saying “we will lose this case” etc.

100% BYP. There are people who already know how this will turn out. If they had faith in a ncyt win they and their friends would be loading at these prices.

I’m actually happy to be 5.5% up. No idea why and still negative about the whole situation but it’s some respite after a torrid few weeks
