Very fair post, HC. Next Thursday is massive, in theory, because the majority of the **** news, for now anyway, should be out in the open. H1 results can’t be a huge amount different to what they told us, so that disaster should be priced in. Unless they’ve been up to no good, cash shouldn’t be a million miles off what it was (although we do have to factor in the painful £11m to GM) so the accounts hopefully won’t spring any big surprises.
The outlook HAS to have substance, not the dreary old rubbish JM usually spouts. It needs to tell us expected sales volumes and of what, and if not why not. It also needs to give something firm on M&A and how they are viewing the share price, again not just the vague bull**** they usually give. Here’s hoping.
I won’t be tuning in as I have completely lost faith and am not wasting an hour of time, but hopefully a quick scan of this board will pick me up a bit.
