Another near 11k buy and now -6%. Can someone explain just how the share price is set? I’m baffled.

Bit supply and demand? Buys 10x higher but 5.6% down? Who and how sets the price from hour to hour?

Buys circa 33k v sells under 3k. 5.69% down.

Noticed over the last few weeks that the intraday movements isn’t really shown on here anymore, HL live prices is really erratic and the iphone app has had this stuck on -3.26% for almost 2 hrs. I mean it could have not moved at all but seems odd. Anyone noticed similar? Any idea why?

Stop looking for things that aren’t there and just stay on topic.

The presentation will be the same as the last piece of ****. They won’t answer anything on the dhsc, they’ll say they’re considering share buy backs etc., and generally answer nothing uncomfortable. Surely it’ll be the last straw for most PI’s - he’s had a year and has done absolutely nothing but wipe 2/3 of the value from the company and give himself a massive pay rise. Oh and any Q4 releases will be delayed (ie. There weren’t any but we just said that at the start of the year to shut you pesky shareholders up).

You say those who want in, who are they? No II will touch this and for new investors it’s probably ok as a little short term punt but that’s not enough to hike the SP. We can see by the daily volume that the share is as good as dead (may as well be private).

What I don’t get is the correlation between SP drops and buys/sells. Almost 4x buys today but down 3%

Can you link me to the original LTIP? Can’t find it. Would like to do some digging on events surrounding and leading up to the vesting date.

Ramp the share price to achieve his LTIP. Lose a few hundred grand to make multi millions. Decent trade off.

Val, as I’ve said before I’m so far underwater it’s almost pointless cashing out now and it is staying in purely as a 50/50 gamble. Favourable dispute outcome in a few years time may result in a decent short term spike at which point I’ll sell.

Didn’t sell very much? Slightly odd comment given the 2020 turnover figures. Maybe they mean to non dhsc? If so, a good point given that most of those sales are in dispute.

It’s a race to the bottom. Just look at the 1w, 1m, 3m, 6m charts - literally like a ski slope. Likely to be a gradual decline until the ‘investor presentation’ (re-run of the last bull**** presentation) and a big drop after that, then a continued decline until either dispute resolution or we are at ~£0.10

Nothing to do with trolls, we were told by our wonderful board that we are moving away from covid, yet our non covid revs are lower than pre covid.

It will be the latter. There is literally no chance that LTIP is being achieved. Probably an AIM tactic to shut shareholders up.
