Derailed their plan? Pre covid our revenues were 13, 14 and 11.5 m. All loss making 2-3.5m per annum. Seems to me it was a steady company going nowhere. Then won the lottery and could have formulated a new plan, but, well, didn’t do anything.

No way someone in that company is being paid £0.6m???

The problem is they may not even be focused on the LTIP, possibly knowing they won't be here then anyway (merger/takeover/opportunity for easy payday for doing **** all somewhere else). It's one thing not protecting shareholders, it's another completely destroying the SP and value of the company.

All whilst getting paid ~£300K/annum and sacking staff on normal salaries.

If this is normal BOD behaviour then many companies are screwed.

It is starting to be talked about more on here though. A few weeks/months ago even suggesting we will lose the dispute was dismissed out of hand, but not it just seems inevitable as we are literally sliding into oblivion. The management is so, so bad how on earth do we trust them to get a positive outcome? It seems to have rags to riches to rags storyline written all over it.

Globetrotter - what makes you think that? Just the lack of activity from the board, big cash balance etc.?

More than happy to be involved. My 1.5k shares hold little weight but more the merrier. The company stinks, needs a complete clear out at board level. May not do much good but at least it’ll stop those bastards taking any more of our cash.

Doubt it. They’ll find whoever the mysterious shareholders are who voted for their pay rises, to vote it down.

We’re dropping every single day so none of us know where the bottom is. Until the dispute is settled (either drops us to £0.10 or spikes a bit if it’s favourable), only the market knows how low it’ll take the price, for their own ends.

The last thing we want is an rns about earnings. With ncyt, no news really is good news.

It can’t be incompetence anymore, must be more to it. Days away from sub £1, new 52 week lows, no news, yet they get a huge pay rise. It’s insane. How many more million do the market take off the cash balance before something happens?

Why would dhsc care about settling out of court to get it wrapped up? We’re the ones with it all to lose, they can leave it for years and be unaffected.

We’re not sub £1 yet.

Very much doubt they’re going to do anything in the last 3-4 months of the year. Imagine they’re living it up on a yacht for the summer and may pop back in September time to see what’s happening.

We’ll get the same **** PowerPoint next April just with the dates changed, if they can be bothered to even do that.
